They have cameras where you can peak in and see what your fur baby is doing and that honestly eased my nerves a lot! I was able to see that she was having fun! When I picked her up she was exhausted and I've never seen her worn out like that. But it was very good for her to get out of the house and enjoy time with other dogs! We are also in the training class at Pawtropolis and we absolutely love it! We make sure to be attentive in class and work on the tasks at home as well. Her behaviors have tremendously improved! When the groomer showed up, I told her of 2 skin tags on my dog's body so that she would be careful not to hit them. She barely looked where I was pointing, so I should have seen that ad a red flag. My dog was returned with several cuts along his body, the biggest being on one of the skin tags I pointed out to her. While I understand that knicks can happen, he has been groomed for years and never had a groomer cut him this bad. I will never trust this company with my dog again.

After recent moving to the area, I was nervous about who would take care of my 'kids' - if you have pets, you know that's as real as it seems. To trust someone to care for your animals is a very big deal and it is extremely stress inducing! North Oconee Animal Hospital could not have been more welcoming, kind, friendly, or caring. They made transferring records from my old vet a breeze and making an appointment was super easy. The hands-on personal service was amazing. The male vet was rude when I called the on-call vet after…read morehours, had to ask for a referral to UGA only to find out my pet had terminal cancer and asked about a tumor on my Other pets belly only to be told " I've done that surgery before and I don't recommend" should have gone somewhere else. I feel l let my animals down. There was only 1 vet who my family thought addressed our concerns and she's no longer there.
