This place does not keep your dog all day like a lot of places (though I wouldn't be surprised if they were willing to if needed.) They give you a time slot to drop off and call you as soon as they are finished. It's never been more than about 3 hours for my dog. This place is a gem!! You will not be disappointed.

While we were there one dog got loose the worker tried to use her leg to stop it and made it cry and yelp. That dog got diarrhea poop all over it from what was on the floor. One dog was foaming at the mouth and there was no water to be seen. I shared my concerns with the owner and she was very rude and abrasive and told me to leave. Do not take your dog there they will be in danger.

I'm pretty picky when it comes to her grooming since she's a long-haired dachshund with a very fluffy coat rather than a traditional drop coat, and I like to keep her looking natural while still cleaned up and shaped nicely. Emilie did an amazing job listening to exactly what I wanted and executed it perfectly! Xena came out looking absolutely beautiful, and I couldn't be happier with her groom. The appointment was for 8:30 am and 6 minutes before the visit I received a phone call because she needs bloodwork, to be told she needed to be seen by a doctor also! Apparently, whoever did the appointment didn't do their job. The doctor wouldn't be available and can I bring her back at 4:00, and was told it was law that she had to be seen by a Doctor! My dog was fasted and didn't get her morning med, and you tell me I HAVE TO? The receptionist was rude and telling me I HAVE TO. What was the appointment was for! After talking with the office manager Matt it seemed that our business wasn't appreciated. I called another Vet and moved along. I do not recommend this office if you treat a customer that way.
