I brought my glass mason jar (a sauce jar I cleaned and reused) and the women filled it for me. It was a little more expensive than what I would normally spend on conditioner (bc I normally buy the cheap whatever is on sale) BUT it made my hair smell and feel AMAZING. My hair is damaged from years of coloring but it made it look so healthy. I will be coming here with my jar from now on. I can't wait to get the shampoo! And try more of thier products. The staff are literally useless when it comes to any and everything…read more I am able to compare them to other locations because I've had success, understanding and great customer service elsewhere. It's almost as if they aren't equipped to handle clientele or conflict but somehow other locations are. On more than one occasion, I have left there confused, gone somewhere else and got answers. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, which is why I've been back (it's also more convenient for me) but I just can't anymore. It such a shame this this kind of treatment is sustained in this neighborhood.
