First of all, the makeup and skin care shelves look like they have been raided in an apocalypse. Products everywhere, sample products not in order, the entire section of Drunk Elephants products missing with a sign that says "if interested ask a beauty advisor" -- more like if interested go check out Sephora across the hall. I was browsing and noticed the whole selection of L'Oréal lipsticks organized incorrectly. It bothered me because I was looking for a specific shade and I couldn't find it. In the process of trying to organize I came across a lipstick that had been opened with the cap on incorrectly that was facing backwards, so I picked it up and tried to put on the cap correctly so it wouldn't be dried out and out of no where this woman working there barks "YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO OPEN THE PRODUCTS" into my ear from behind. I handed it to her and told her it was obviously already open and I was trying to help. She snatched it from me and continued following me through the store, giving me the side eye. It immediately put me off and I put all of my products back and just bought them online. They also never have more than one person working at the counter apparently, so their lines get ridiculously long. Disappointing, gross, an embarrassment to Ulta as a brand.

This Walgreens location sucks. The staff are literally useless when it comes to any and everything…read more I am able to compare them to other locations because I've had success, understanding and great customer service elsewhere. It's almost as if they aren't equipped to handle clientele or conflict but somehow other locations are. On more than one occasion, I have left there confused, gone somewhere else and got answers. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, which is why I've been back (it's also more convenient for me) but I just can't anymore. It such a shame this this kind of treatment is sustained in this neighborhood.
