I went to this store several years ago to purchase hair extensions for a Halloween costume. I have never used hair extensions and don't know much about them, so it was taking me a while to search through the selections and figure out which one was suited for my purpose. I was in there, looking at the extensions for about 15 minutes and not once did the sales associate ask me if I needed help. Instead, this rotund, irritable, sullen looking woman-child was complaining about something to the other employee and also laughing. You know that feeling when you're being talked about? Suddenly, in a quiet voice, but purposefully loud enough so I could hear since I was in earshot she says "I swear to god, if she walks out without buying anything, UGH." followed by stifled laughter and snorting as they glanced my way. Doctors are very specialized like thyroid issue, throat issue, sinus issue then it's someone else. So you can't have consistency if more than one issue. They also missed a very obvious sinus perforation I had that developed into a massive body infection and landed me three days in the hospital on IV antibiotics.
