Lisa made appointments for me for the next two months for a touch up and an appointment for her client before me without a word that the salon would be closed! It is bad enough that she was late many times, changed times or days of appointments or just didn't show for a month. She is obviously unprofessional and does not know how to run a business or treat her clients. I sincerely hope she never opens another salon!!

It would have made more sense to hand them out to people on line and save the dramatics of allowing 5 people in the store at a time and 4 security guards in front the store. Secondly this stunt was definitely not a way to promote mac products bc the average make-up wearer does not wear lime green and turqoise on their mouth. Lastly a quantity for the giveaway should be specified for example "free lime green lipstck to the 1st 200!"

Then, in front of me mentioned to Karen that I've been patiently waiting for a while and asked if she could help me. Karen talked to me to see what I wanted and told me she'd be with me right after she finished the girl she was working on. Which was maybe another 7 minutes. Totally I probably waited 20-25 minutes, maybe more but it went by quick & they were so nice I couldn't complain. Now I'm with Karen and she was amazing. She listened to what I wanted and brought exactly that to me. I told her I was a beginner and she understood that. It was amazing how she gave me exactly what I needed and it blended with my complexion perfectly. I couldn't be happier. So thank you Karen and thank you MAC. I'm officially obsessed and will definitely take the drive to come here. Side bar: Because I did come from a MAC counter in Menlo and was disappointed so decided to drive 30 minutes to Short Hills and was satisfied. These MAC girls definitely know their stuff.
