Chris made my day. This morning, I took my 3 year old MacBook Pro to his place of business because my keyboard is going haywire. A couple hours later he texted me to say I still had Apple Care on my machine, and I should take it there and his work was done. I picked up my computer at no charge at all. He could have easily cracked the box open and charged me, but this approach saved me time and money. Dude was nice, but he uses a 3rd party. Told me he recovered 99% percent of photos, but the photos I really wanted back were not recover and then he lost my personal flash drive. Charged me almost over $500 dollars and it took him 6 months. I didn't care about the money and I was ok about paying that ridiculous amount and I didn't even get any of my family photos of my dead grandmother. Just stupid work files. read more

Chris is a great guy...Very professional, articulate, experienced and efficient! Loved how he worked remotely on my MacBook Air, as I was in Colorado and was not able to bring it in. I could follow along his remote access and see his fast, focused service, all while he made recommendations to help my current issues and educate me on what I can do on my own to keep my Mac healthy. It's Christmas Eve and what did Santa Claus, the Grinch, and the little elves bring me a cup of water on my digital baby ( My Mac) insert screaming, laying in the bed crying and melting into the bed and not even my beautiful young in spirit Mom, 2 furbabies ( My senior little MaltePoo & big baby Belgian Malinois) could pull me out of this hole I sank into. My mom being the super google that she is said I should unplug it turn it off and turn it upside down. I did that and was prepared to go to the Mac store as soon as they opened. Well guess who couldn't get any sleep? Raise both hands ME! Mac opens and it's Christmas Day and the next available appointment isn't for another 2 days. I scheduled the appointment but called Apple customer service because I have to resuscitate my digital baby. The lovely Apple customer service said well make sure you have all your info backed up because Apple will have to erase all of your data. Nope not gonna work for me so cue Cue Chris and Well Connected. He gets me an appointment and text me super helpful information on what to do and the urgency to get my Mac to stop erosion. At first I was a little hesitant to drop my computer off so before I gave my computer to him cue my mom and google and us verifying his google reviews and his Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter account. It's a couple of days after Christmas and I start freaking out because no news is good news but who can remember that saying when you're in the midst of framing out. I start frantically texting Chris and being the consummate professional he replies on Sunday his no working day and calms the frantic freaking out chic in my head. Then I get the text I was waiting for, my keyboard isn't working but my hard drive is still in shape and working. Please don't waste your time. First of all this was the most unprofessional "business" I've ever come across. Not only do you drop it off at his apartment building (not a store) he promised me my computer would be fixed. I waited two weeks (he was on vacation which he failed to tell me) for my computer as I work from home so working from my phone has been extremely inconvenient. I messaged him monday morning waiting to pick up my lap top and he said it would be ready. Later that afternoon he said he didn't want to fix it and gave it back to me for "no charge" Basically putting me back to square one and having to find someone else now to fix it. Who knows if this guy is even legit also he never could be bothered to call me everything is through text so super shady. read more

I don't know why I haven't written a review before now, we've relied on a Well Connected Life for several years now. We are older and VERY low tech and Chris not only comes to our rescue in such a timely manner, always resolves our problem and more, and he explains things in a way we can understand. I was so frustrated when my not even 1 year old mac went from a seemingly easy diy fix to unusable. I sucked it up and called apple to see how much money this was going to cost me and was told it could be up to $800 to fix. I decided finding someone outside of Apple might save me $100-$200 and I'm so glad I went that route! Not only did Chris look over my laptop and quote me at a price about $300 less than Apple, he realized if he went to apple himself, he could probably get them to fix it for free and sure enough he was right! They fixed it free of charge and he only charged me a small fee for his time. It was worth every penny! He saved me hundreds!!! I brought my Laptop to Chris because I've known him for years and eveytime I have a computer issue, he is most certainly the guru...I even went to Bestbuy where I bought my computer from and they couldn't help...but Chris excel as usual, any expectations. He knew exactly what he was doing, he went straight to the point. I had the opportunity to see part of what he was doing and it was quite a very detailed task. But anyway, all I know is that I thought my computer was over, that I may have to buy a new one...of course that didn't happen. In about 45 min Chris got my Laptop fixed and running perfectly. Chris installed a new SSD in my mid-2011 27" iMac to replaced the failed original hard drive. I dropped off my iMac in the morning and picked it up later that evening. All files had been migrated to the new drive from my Time Machine backup drive. Chris did an excellent job and the speed of the new SSD drive is awesome. Wow! Chris repaired my 27" IMAC. He installed two SSDs to replace the failed hard drive, upgraded the RAM and was able to recover ALL my data from the hard drive that was dead, dead, dead, 6 weeks after Apple Care expired. He went through the recovered files one at a time, removing all data that had become corrupted in order to reinstall everything. The computer is lightening fast. He cleaned the inside of the screen as well as the outside and now the display looks like new. Considering the upgrades, the cost for the actual repair was extremely reasonable. read more
