Nonetheless, I bring my ice cream up to the counter to address the issue and the employee i mentioned up above was standing there. He fixed the issue and gave me a clean, hair free scoop without the side of body odor. I'm not sure if it's the management or what behind this store but most of the employees are rude or do not seem trained.
