When we asked the host where the line was, she just kept laughing and repeating "it's right there," even though there were multiple lines and it was unclear where to go. The whole interaction felt dismissive and disrespectful. It's really disappointing to see how the atmosphere has changed -- it no longer feels welcoming, especially toward Hispanic customers.
