If you have an older home or home which may need repairs in areas DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I just paid a high amount for a 10x11 room, stair case and ceiling tape peel repair and they did an awful job as you can see from the photos. First day, they mudded some but missed many areas, I noticed they started painting and not repairing areas...when I spoke to the owner he said we don't do repairs. When I had the initial meeting, I pointed out areas and said I would like all of these imperfections, dings, fixes and he said yes, we will repair all of that. I showed him the crack in walls and he said we would fix it and you won't see it after. If you didn't do repairs...they should have disclosed that at that first meeting and I would not have hired him. He said we will just paint over top of existing. I said I would have done it myself if I knew that, but instead I paid for professional company to have repairs done and these are the results... these are some photos after work completed. One person Steven, seemed to take pride in work and started doing some repairs but wasn't here each day and as you can see it wasn't completed well at all. This is not what I would call a professional paint job. On the last day, I said to Eric the owner, I'm not happy with these results, he said I don't think I can make you happy! Wow....insulting! I said, "you are the professional, you see all of these errors, you know this could have been done better, he said yes I actually see these bubbles on the fireplace, which I'm going to try to fix before I leave...ok but everything else would you want to post these photos on your website and are you proud of the work? And he said yes! So he didn't fix the bubbles, and here is the PROOF of their work, proof that no one would be happy with this level of work. Also during this time he said he is starting his own company called Monarch Painting, separating from current pso I wouldn't recommend that company either.

We ordered gutters for our home - Dripaway Gutters, an extension of Marshall's - and were quoted an excellent price. Even with recent storms our area had received, we were able to get on the schedule quickly. Our gutters were installed in a few days due to the size of house and it looks like our home got a complete facelift. They were clean and efficient with clean up of old materials - we had old gutter attachments still on the house in certain areas, and they disposed of it with ease. Our home looks beautiful and the gutters worked wonders at helping dry out our basement.

Unsecured counter tops, they talked us into laminate flooring because it would be durable & low maintenance. Not the case at all. The laminate was not only cut short along the corners but was not installed securely to where water was able to get under & cause damage. I had brand new cabinets put in that is now covered in mold & a new sub floor soaking wet & riddled with mold because at the time of installing everything they shoved they incompetently shoved the dishwasher in, secured it with screws (which means it has not been moved or touched since) which created a crack in the hose & has been leaking ever since. $12,000 & two years later I am back to where I started having to replace the flooring & possibly cabinets due to mold & this company will not be ever considered to do that work let alone any work. The worst part is, the main guy who is in charge or managing the job was a long term friend of my family & he totally scammed & took advantage of us going to him for help. Needless to say I am beyond unimpressed & heart broken that at this time I am reliving this nightmare in my home all over again. Lesson learned.
