They said that Titan is OVERBOOKED & had rescheduled for the 24th (2 days from now) but still overbooked so not for that day either. I've been without an alarm for 5 weeks. I guess I stay home for another 5 weeks & see if anyone shows up? Don't use this company. They are a joke.

At noon Tuesday, I got a call from the alarm side of company asking if all was ok because my alarm was going off... I have no camera to see if anything was really happening at my home!! SO I Called again-Tuesday and left another message! Still no response. Today is Wednesday... I'm still waiting but now am upset, thus my review today. The alarm may very well be fine-- Maybe.. but how can I be sure it truly is secure because this camera deal is outrageous. Maybe I should have gone with Cox security instead. I am so disappointed!
