I believed my cancellation had been processed, but the company continued charging me for months after I moved out and no longer had service at the property. When I contacted them again, I was told my contract ended in July and that they require 30 days' notice. Since I requested cancellation months earlier, I don't understand why my account wasn't canceled at the end of the agreement. I'm still trying to resolve the issue. If you're considering Vivint, I recommend getting every cancellation detail in writing and keeping records of every phone call.

She was kind, pleasant and patient to find resolve rather than terminate service. She could see from her records, the same as the other guy, that there were several updates needed. The tech dummy that I am, she was patient and remained very pleasant as she walked me through the process. Dawn is a jewel that cared enough to save the account and I am again a happy customer that would recommend Alert 360 to anyone. Customer care is the lifeline for the success of a company. The manager acted like it was no big deal, that the alarm had gone off and that there was an actual break in attempt. These are the people they hire to be a manager. Poor! This is what you pay for, get an email and no phone call. This problem was Alert 360 issue for not calling the owner (me) to begin with but sending an email. Who reads their email 24/7, that is not emergency way of getting a hold of someone when an instant alarm is sounding at their home. This alarm is getting turned off after the house is sold. Waste of money, horrible manager with her lack of customer service skills and what exactly am I paying for when they don't even call me when there is an INSTANT ALARM that went off due to someone attempting to break in.
