However, it was really difficult to communicate with her as she doesn't always respond to emails in a timely matter. At times, I would have to double email her just to receive a response. During our ordering process via email, my dog had to have an emergency surgery and I missed the 48 hour period to pay and confirm my order. I explained the situation to her and she wasn't exactly the most understanding and told me she could only complete half of my order. Also, she holds a $25 fee, which can be refunded if you return the tower after usage but getting the fee back can take weeks. I returned my tower 2 weeks ago and emailed her upon doing so and am still waiting for my refund. The macaron tower I ordered was cute but given how stressful the ordering process was, I'm not sure I'd return or recommend her to friends.

All 18 different flavors of Standard and Premium they had. Did not disappoint! The puff pastry are on point, fillings flavor profiles accurate. Accurately matches the pictures on the display. Size is as expected so it didn't feel shortchanged either. My favorites were the classic, Durian, Ube, and the Banoffee - which tasted like banana bread. Surprisingly only the Durian is considered premium. My least favorite was Coffee Dalgona only because I'm not a coffee drinker. It definitely tasted like coffee. If you are a coffee drinker you'll probably like it. I wasn't too fond of the Matcha either, I just don't like the more bitter flavors but they were accurate. I would highly recommend supporting them and hopefully will see them at the future Santa Clara Night Markets and elsewhere.

We picked out strawberry croissants, some coffee buns and more smaller variety of croissants and packed it in two boxes. I especially loved all the textures from the toppings in the drink. My fiance doesn't even like avocado desserts and he was surprised how good it was. There's only one order station but the workers take your order fast. They were friendly and patient. We walked around and explored the complex and the grocery store while waiting and when we came back, our order was ready. Would I come back? YES! Would I recommend? The cake also tasted very light and the sweetness was subtle, which I really enjoyed. The berry flavor in the sponge was a little too subtle, though. My main concern is that the cake does not fully resemble the picture they advertised online. It is missing the freeze-dried berries on top, and the berry glaze did not reach as far down the cake as was shown in the photo. Because the berry glaze is the main source of the berry flavor, this was a little disappointing. Also, the cake was not finished when I came to pick up the cake (and I was ~5 minutes late). I'm uncertain if this is for freshness or if there is another reason. Overall, I like the spot for the fresh and light cake. It's pleasantly unique compared to your standard sheet cake, and everything is rather cute. However, it may be a better idea to buy the cakes in-person to be 100% sure of what it will look like, though daily stock is definitely more limited than if you place an order online. They currently have an XLB and wonton noodle special for $8 each, and we also noticed they have different weekday specials for around $6.50. We'll definitely be back to try some of those! But today, our mission was the buns. They have a really good variety to choose from. My husband picked out 10 and then told me I should get 10 too. I went for a variety, while hubby mainly loaded up on the custard buns. The buns are a good size, and the custard buns were packed with custard! I also tried the BBQ pork bun, which wasn't bad. The pork floss bun especially brought back memories of my mom packing them in my school lunches when I was younger. There were so many other choices, hot dog with green onions, regular hot dog buns, chicken mushroom, ham and cheese, ham and corn, tuna, taro, red bean, and quite a few others. I picked up a chicken mushroom bun to try as well. I was a little sad they didn't have a plain green onion bun since that's my favorite, so I ended up going across the street to a dim sum to-go place to pick one up. I can sort of justify it by thinking that I'm also paying for the lovely space to work as well. The desserts are also a bit pricy, at around $10 per piece (and the pieces aren't huge).
