However, it was really difficult to communicate with her as she doesn't always respond to emails in a timely matter. At times, I would have to double email her just to receive a response. During our ordering process via email, my dog had to have an emergency surgery and I missed the 48 hour period to pay and confirm my order. I explained the situation to her and she wasn't exactly the most understanding and told me she could only complete half of my order. Also, she holds a $25 fee, which can be refunded if you return the tower after usage but getting the fee back can take weeks. I returned my tower 2 weeks ago and emailed her upon doing so and am still waiting for my refund. The macaron tower I ordered was cute but given how stressful the ordering process was, I'm not sure I'd return or recommend her to friends.

The small line went fast and service was sufficient, the staff simply packing my selection without any waiting needed. I ordered a 3-pack box, with corn & cheese, durian, and classic egg tarts. These little snacks were yummy and made of quality ingredients, served at room temp. But they tasted even better after reheating at home. My fave was the classic, though it tasted not so different from the durian which had a subtle flavor. Also, they looked similar with no labels so we couldn't easily distinguish between the two.

We picked out strawberry croissants, some coffee buns and more smaller variety of croissants and packed it in two boxes. When we checked out, the cashier packed it neatly with the parchment paper since we were taking them to work the next day.

There's plenty of parking in the area lot and you can get to the dessert shop via the main complex entrance or through their door under their sign. We ordered: -Purple Rice Avocado (5/5): Love love LOVE this dessert! It was creamy, milky, and you taste avocado but it's not so strong. I especially loved all the textures from the toppings in the drink. My fiance doesn't even like avocado desserts and he was surprised how good it was. There's only one order station but the workers take your order fast. They were friendly and patient. We walked around and explored the complex and the grocery store while waiting and when we came back, our order was ready. Would I come back? YES! Would I recommend? Husband called them around 11am and they said they were in the middle of making their strawberry cakes so they could add our order in for a same day pickup at 4pm. Pickup went well and the cake was so cute and it tasted great! Like the Chinese bakery strawberry cream cake with a moist sponge cake; not too sweet, just right. Might sound basic but it was done very well. Would 100% recommend. I don't know prices for cakes nowadays but I didn't feel bad paying about $60 for a cute and tasty cake (6", strawberry cream cake). I wouldn't bank on same day pickups, I might've just been very lucky they were in the middle of making their cakes but it wouldn't hurt to try calling early in the day if you're in a pinch for a solid cake. It is missing the freeze-dried berries on top, and the berry glaze did not reach as far down the cake as was shown in the photo. Because the berry glaze is the main source of the berry flavor, this was a little disappointing. Also, the cake was not finished when I came to pick up the cake (and I was ~5 minutes late). I'm uncertain if this is for freshness or if there is another reason. Overall, I like the spot for the fresh and light cake. It's pleasantly unique compared to your standard sheet cake, and everything is rather cute. However, it may be a better idea to buy the cakes in-person to be 100% sure of what it will look like, though daily stock is definitely more limited than if you place an order online. Their menu featured a limited selection of appetizers, salads, pho/rice dishes, and sandwiches. We ordered a Beef Pho Combo ($12), a Bún Bò Huế Combo ($14), and an à la carte beef pho ($9). The combos came with a half order of appetizer and a drink. My brother and I both chose XLB as our appetizers. They were straight out from the freezer and tasted alright. The milk tea that came with the meal was pretty decent. The BBH had a couple pieces of pig trotter, as well as an ample amount of sliced beef, sliced shank, and chả lụa (steamed pork roll). The only thing missing was the blood cake. The broth was mild, and had a decent taste despite the absence of MSG. The round rice noodles weren't overcooked and had the right texture. The beef pho came with a good amount of fresh rice noodles, sliced beef, sliced shank, tripe, and beef balls. My brother and mom were both pleased with the taste. The design was so classy, elegant, and truly above my expectations. You can really see the care and creativity that went into making it. My husband was so happy when he saw it, and it made the celebration even more special for us. I also want to give a special thanks to the manager at the San Jose location. When I mentioned that we would be traveling in the car for about 7 hours, they were so kind and helpful in giving us options to make sure the cake would stay perfect during the trip. Their suggestion worked so well! Overall, I am beyond satisfied with both the cake and the wonderful customer service. Highly recommend! Thank you for making our celebration extra special.

There's no where to dine in so you take it and leave. I didn't enjoy the tiramisu crepe cake. I think it was a little too mushy for me. It didn't have the mascarpone flavor of tiramisu. It was also very very expensive. I'd recommend going to Lady M in Valley Fair for better crepe cakes.
