We did a tasting which included 16 flavors of ice cream. Some of the flavors were a little plain, but we especially liked their fusion/more unique flavors like durian and guava. They were also super sweet and let us take home all the ice cream from our tasting! The communication the weeks leading up to the wedding was a little delayed, but everything ended up working out smoothly (especially because theybhad experience working with our venue). They served black sesame brittle, guava, durian, vegan pineapple mango coconut, butterscotch, and cookie monster ice cream. All our guests loved the flavors and they ran out of ice cream within the 1 hr 15 min serving time. On my first visit I didn't notice the kiosk and ordered with the cashier so I was confused at how I would know when my order is ready because I didn't get a number or a receipt, but I later noticed the screens displaying that information on the wall. I'm a big fan of pandan jelly. The red pearls can be good but can sometimes have a bit of a crunchy chew in the center. Young coconut has a good flavor but a texture that isn't my favorite. I did not like the jackfruit in the Ha Long Sunset, but the flavor wasn't strong enough to ruin the whole dessert. This establishment is small, but there are so many different offerings: pineapple cakes (a Taiwanese staple), chili oil, tea, coffee, ice cream, and so much more. I'd really love to come back here and try out the more unique foods like their rice cakes and mung bean ice cream, but my husband and I got a notification that our table was ready so we went to eat our lunch. We returned after our meal and were greeted again. We looked at all the pineapple cakes again because my family enjoys them so much and my husband wanted to gift them a box for a Christmas present.
