When my father explained he was just showing his daughter the location, the owner responded with, "Who is she?" in a very dismissive tone. There is a way to enforce rules without being rude. Based on this interaction alone, I would much rather drive elsewhere to a business that treats people with basic courtesy.

There have been multiple instances where while bringing in groceries for her while I vist, where he has verbally yelled and harrassed me including making threats because she is unable to bring the garbage can up a steep hill and to the end up the driveway. Most weeks when I dont have time to run over to her house, she gets the garbage can a few feet away from the sidewalk. I understand this isnt ideal but this man is more than capable to move the can an extra five feet to his truck.
