I had no idea where I had ended up dropping off this rascal and she guided me to help give a her my ex Exact location. While on the phone, the person I mistakenly gave a ride home to and his friends became belligerent and extremely offensive to this amazing operator. Her diligence and patient composer made the difference in a deescalating a very likely dangerous situation of me needing to use self defense to get to safely , with a calm and reinsuring presence she kept me composed. While checking in every few minutes to ensure I was ok., as the tow driver was in route, my doors finally unlocked and I found my key, in the process Kaitlyn from dispatch called to check on me and I let her know I was ok and on my way home. She immediately gave a refund even though her tow truck driver had already driven 20 minutes and was seconds from arriving. What could have been a terrible life altering night turned out with me getting home safe, I am so thankful and happy that Kaitlyn answered my prayers. She's an incredible communications operator. I hope to one day meet and shake her hand for an extreme job well done. It's amazing how much of a difference you can make by being great at your job and empathetic to others. As far as Kailyn and Tow King , I am so thankful and blessed with your help and compassion. The word needs businesses and people like you on the front lines to make a genuine change in our lives..
