Even though, yes this is a repo man....David who works there is really a nice and respectful person. Now on the other hand Ford Credit, SUCKS....David had orders to pick up our car cuz yes we were behind and we were planning on making the payments the following morning, my fiance was outside when he came and explained the situation and he did give us til the next morning before he would pick up the car if the payment was not made....and we did make the payment and called david and let him know so he didn;t have to make the drive all the way to college station again....now a few weeks later, our payment didnt go thru cuz payment came out later than it should have so check bounced cuz other paymjents came in before the car payment went out...oh well reality hits and the monday morning came out to go to work and the car was gone, called david on cell phone and he said yes was picked up but not by him, he would have called us to let us know...now who wud do that being a repo man....but he would have....and this time the payments were actually made on the friday eveing before this monday but Ford credit and their rude and sarcastic employee sondra(lord help whomever has to deal with her because she will not shut up to let u finish a sentence and talks to you like a wicked step mother who hates her life or who needs a good f@#$) anyway she didnt pay attention to her accounts and didnt call repo man and had car picked up now we are getting the car back cuz ford did screw up but needless to say we are stuck with a damn almost 600 dollars in towing costs for storage and towing 100 miles away....now what the f is wrong with this story......Sondra you are a bitch and rude and karma will come and get you big time.........David u are an angel and thank you for ur kindness and understanding ............. read more
