BAD! BAD!! I called in and made an appointment for a window tinting the next day, Fernando was the one who I talked to. The next morning comes, drove 30 mins only to find out that his guy that does the tinting is not there. He could've called me and let me know ahead so I don't have to waste my time gas/mileage of my car... on top of that! I had an accident(minor) on the way there, I mean I'm not saying it's his fault but if he would've texted/called that his guy is not gonna be there, I would've not driven there and that little accident would've not happened!! I paid it from a Groupon, if he didn't want the Groupon then don't advertised it there! Simple! Fernando is polite however, he said that he'd call me the next day to do the tinting and cancel my Groupon that I paid and he will only ask $50.00, I agreed, cancelled my Groupon but no Fernando to follow up! Wondered if I needed to make a reservation for a car wash, but couldn't find a way to do it. So we went by, and we're told at first, no, you have to make an appointment and we don't have any openings for 4 days. They then acquiesced and said, ok, we can take you now, but it will be at least 45 minutes. We agreed, and sat in their so-called waiting room, listening to employees curse the whole time. After 20 minutes the car was ready. This place is not very professional, and I don't understand all the drama over making an appointment for a basic car wash. read more

- Outstanding Full Truck Detail Experience! Fernando and his team did an absolutely amazing job detailing my entire Toyota 4Runner. We got the Grand Prix package for the type of detailing and the quality was absolutely superior. He left no part untouched front,back,inside, outside, top,bottom and even the engine bay. This place is a joke ...do not go here if you want a good auto detail and don't want to get gouged on price. Went in for a full detail on our Yukon XL (interior, exterior, engine). I had some minor scratches on the passenger door that I also wanted them to wet sand and buff out. The scratches were not deep and the wet sanding process would have removed them. The detail in itself was just OK. I don't think they even touched the engine ...if they did, it wasn't cleaned very thoroughly and you could wipe your finger on the plastic shrouds and get dirt on your finger. When I picked up the Yukon, I noticed that rather than do the wet sand/buffing of the scratches, they decided to take touch paint and paint it on in fairly long sweeps. I couldn't see that well when I picked it up. When I got it home, I realized they did quite the number on the touch-ups and it was very obvious that whoever did this who absolutely no idea what they were doing. Then I got overcharged when I paid and didn't realize it until I got home. Tried to get the owners to help out with the issue and they ghosted me. I've used this placed several times and the details were always decent but this last time the experience was just bad. I ended up having to hire another detailer who knew what they were doing to remove the paint touch-ups that Mach 1 added and wet sand/buff the scratches out and that guy did a really nice job. Cost me another $400 to fix the mess Mach 1 left me. Absolutely stay away from this place. Fernando ...it's invoice no. 10466 from Nov. 11, 2024. Look it up. You definitely worked on my Yukon. After seeing how great my boyfriend's window tint was from Mach 1, I decided to get my car done too. Tsune, who did my tint, removed all the old faded tint, and replaced with fresh 5% on the back seven windows and 15% on front two windows. It looks so clean and done to perfection. I brought my car for a wash and to remove water spots on the left side. He did a great job on the water spots on the left side. The wash was good from what I could see. When I got home, I looked at the roof, and it was full of those little things from trees. The roof did not even appear clean or washed. It is a small SUV, but it was $88 for the job. I contacted them and sent them photos, but they totally ignored me. She said she would contact me. No reply at all. This was my first visit. What a BAD first impression. I called Mach 1 about ceramic coating my vehicle. I was given a quote, and then Edgar worked around my schedule to get my full-size truck done along with a complete detail. He also took the time to explain what ceramic coating is and how to best protect my investment. He also has a highly effective demonstration on window coatings that will have me going back to get my windows coated to protect the interior and reduce the heat that comes through the windows in the summer.
