Had Shelvin to come out to give a detail for my two SUVs. Shelvin came out on time was prompt to work on my vehicles. For my van and suv I had him do an outer wash and wax. They both turned out amazing. They both look brand new. I would totally recommend this detailer because of first the quality but also the value for the amazing job Shelvin did. I needed the exterior of my car detailed. Going through automatic car washes had done a number on my paint job. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I booked an appointment quickly and easily online with this company.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They had been the recommendation of a friend. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Kurt showed up to my house early and ready to work. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They responded promptly and came out as scheduled.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The detailing was awesome for the price and the car looked new. It was a 2023 Mustang but looked like a 2025 Mustang (except the style of the original mustang). All the inside upholstery and carpeting was shampooed and vacuumed dry. The wheels were so shiny, you needed sunglasses to look at them. I would highly recommend them to anyone for detailing your vehicle inside and out. read more

Super quick to respond, reasonably priced, and went above and beyond.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We had a vomit incident in perforated, ventilated seats, and they came out not once but twice to clean, disinfect, and attack the smell. Mobile detailing is the splurge I never knew I needed. We have a kid and dog so our cars are completely gross with food, sand, trash, etc. Tried 2 other companies before sticking with All In Mobile Detail. This was a parting gift for my friend who let me stay with him these last few months. I asked for a full interior and standard exterior wash. The before was actually horrible, stains EVERYWHERE, dog hair, sand, dirt, sticky drink residue you name it. Shevin came in, saw how bad it was and told me it'd be at least 5-6 hours of work. Had it from 8 in the morning to 3:30pm. When I saw the car I was speechless. A totally different car, couldn't get every single thing out but man. I don't blame him! Second time using All in Mobile Detail, I really like that they can come to me and wash & detail my car. Shevin is very responsive and professional. He is upfront about any issues (like I had pet hair in my car and he said it might cost extra if it's a lot and difficult to take out). Overall, it took 3.5 hours to have my SUV washed and detailed. I really liked the end product, car was super clean inside and looked shiny and new on the outside. Definitely would recommend this company. read more

I've been using these guys for several years now. We have three cars in the family, and they have worked on all of them even in the worst of conditions (my son threw up in one car). They always show up when they say they will. Their work is of the highest quality. Attendants are ALWAYS upbeat and positive and willing to help out. I could share some stories but will save you. Just know that they are fantastic with customer service. I even read a few 2 and 1 star reviews and those people still gave kudos to the workers. The other things they got down on them for (faulty equipment, car damage??). I don't know any of that and haven't heard anyone talk about that and I get my ride spruced at least once every 2 weeks and more like once a week! You know how it is. I've got kids too, bro! I usually need the inside more than outside but why not get both when you have the monthly unlimited pass? Wash, rinse and repeat and your whip will never look nasty. The ladies, or dudes, and maybe both, will be stretching their necks as you shoot by. One. "Concern" I have to bring up is the constant issue of non-operable vacuums It seems almost every time I go for a wash, the vacuum is not working -little to zero suction. However I will say that the team is in it as those hoses are typically repaired within a week or so. I think it's a problem that is somewhat out of their control. The problem being too much usage. The large horizontal brush started just above the hood, about 1/3 of the way up the windshield so, it didn't even get the hood. The second horizontal brush sat there above never came down, Nothing, the side brushes on the left work but the first vertical brush in the right didn't make contact. The the second layer of suds. That stuff just sits there. Nothing touches it until the water which doesn't wash if off thoroughly it sort of slides down the middle and holds. Next you get the air blowing soap residue and when you come out, the windshield isn't even close to being dry. The next time all worked well and this last time through it was back to bad, I took a video of the whole process. WHAT HAPPENED ??? 2 out of 6 ain't good

Then I continued to drive slowly towards this car wash machine until the directions told me to Stop and place my brake on the Park position. And to shut off my engine. I did these things as it was required. Then I walked for the different colored Foam to cover my entire body on my car. After this foam was sprayed on my whole car than the second step was for this car wash machine to use its rubber scrubbers to wash my entire car. It took about 10 minutes to get this thing done. 1 star. Do not bring your car here…read more I brought myJeep SRT8 in for a valve cover, oil pan, and crank seal job on 5/8. Got it back 5/13, five days for a two-day quote. It was smoking before I even got back to work. Oil dripping onto the headers. Returned it same day, they re-torqued and sent me home. Still smoking. Dropped it back off 5/14 at 3:10PM. Picked up 5/15. Two lights from the shop my transmission started slipping hard in second gear. Turned right back around. Owner Ricky confirmed the slip on a test drive. His first question was whether I'd done aftermarket work to the transmission, trying to make it my fault before we even got back to the shop. Plugged in a scanner, found an old unrelated stored code, erased it, drove it again. His conclusion: "I don't know what to tell you." I pointed out the transmission was perfect at drop-off. He got angry. Said no one drove it, they only idled it. Then offered to pull camera footage as proof. I said let's go watch it right now. He said he had other things to do. This happened in front of my fiancée and two of his own employees. No intake paperwork was made when I returned the car, no mileage logged for the exact period the transmission failed. What I can tell you is the mileage on my car does not support the story they're telling. A certified third-party inspection from the shop literally 150 feet away documented my transmission passing with zero issues the same morning I dropped off. The oil pan job on the 6.1L HEMI also requires physically moving the transmission for access. They did something and when confronted with the proof, they dodged cameras and kicked me out. BAR complaint filed. Small claims next. Update "Response to Ricky, thank you for responding publicly this actually helps me significantly. You identified yourself here as "Business Manager." A performance vehicle with aggressive driving history does not pass a certified inspection hours before drop-off and then suddenly fail two blocks from your shop after picking up You stated the transmission was not touched. The 6.1L HEMI oil pan job requires the transmission to be lowered for access. It does not need to be fully removed to be disturbed. You also claim no evidence exists linking your repairs to the transmission failure. There is also no intake paperwork from my return visit, meaning no mileage baseline exists for the exact period the failure occurred. That absence of documentation benefits only one party, and it is not me. Your building advertises transmission services. You told me to my face you don't diagnose transmissions. Thank You Sir

When I got there, no one was at the desk, so I walked back to the front and again waited without being acknowledged before finally asking for my keys. The work on my vehicle was completed, but the customer service and communication could definitely be improved. There seemed to be several employees working, yet the process felt confusing and unorganized. Based on this experience, I'll likely continue visiting the El Camino location, where I've consistently had quicker and more attentive service.
