I ordered the Gold Package interior and added a wash/wax. I would have initially left a 4 star review only bc I discovered that my frunk had not been opened/vacuumed. However, after reaching out to the owner he acknowledged the mistake, offered to come back to rectify the problem or refund a portion of the cost. Excellent customer service and totally understandable mistake if you're not familiar with teslas. My car looks/smells great!
