Needed by new used car detailed. It's white and had tiny rust spots in the tailgate due to brake dust. Mike got all that out, I couldn't believe it. I though I would need a repaint. Then he graphene ceramic coated the whole car. Was there all day but at the end, the car shines like glass always! Compared to the local ceramic shop, it was much more reasonable too. My cat peed in the backseat of my car on the way to the vet and left an awful smell. Mike with LotWash came out and steam cleaned the seats and cleaned up my entire interior too. He let me know to reach back out if the smell came back. It came back and I let him know and he returned super quickly and cleaned the seats AND entire interior again. The smell is gone now! I contacted the business through Yelp and requested a last minute 100% detail on my 2008 Acura MDX. Owner immediately responded and scheduled me that morning. Two people showed up at my place of business to pick up my car. They were very detailed with what they would be doing and some limitations due to the age of my car (faded gray plastic on bumper doesn't shine too we'll). They returned the car before the promised time and I can tell you - it has not looked this good since I bought it 5 years ago. Maybe better. Their Attention to detail was excellent. I was looking for a last minute car wash with less than 24 hrs notice. Their responses were quick to a "request a quote" for the car wash service. The day of they were communicative when they were running behind which I appreciated even though I did not have a time constraint during the day. All a good start. Overall friendly the day of the service as well. Where my concern was after the service. I had plans that evening so I just did a quick look at the car and didn't really inspect it as maybe a should have (shame on me). But the next morning, when heading out I noticed a swirl mark on my car. Which I understand will happen with time. But what was concerning was the large amount that my car now had. No where near what was there before. Which was disappointing since I wasn't expecting that. The windows were streaky, some areas of the interior dressing were not applied fully. Also found water marks in the inside of the door and the adjacent areas in the back seat. While some are of these are minor (except for the swirl marks, I personally expect a little more from a detailer) I touch up myself. Which I did. But when paying $100 for the wash, I kinda expect more attention to detail. I reached out to the number that I communicated with and while they were responsive to my texts, I was left a bit underwhelmed by their subsequent actions. No real concern was communicated to even come check out the concern. Which honestly I only communicated the swirl marks cause that was my main concerns, the rest I can deal with even though I expect better. While they were quick and able to squeeze me in for service, for the price, I would go elsewhere in the future. read more

After my dog threw up all over my center console, I was desperate need of an interior detail to get rid of the smell. Mike responded promptly and was able to come out the next day. The interior detailing was excellent and I also did the ozone treatment. My car smelled great immediately after. The good smell did wear off and the vomit smell came back but it was much more mild and fully disappeared in another week or so.
