Yesterday, after I pulled out onto Rt. 70 I noticed both side view mirrors were still pushed in for the full service wash. When I got home they appeared to be broken. When I went back a couple hours later to speak to the manager/owner (?) he reviewed the cameras prior to our discussion. He was rude, adversarial, and questioned me as if I did something wrong. Fortunately, an employee came over and reset the mirrors to which the manager replied "Sir, I suggest you learn your car." as if he was any help fixing the problem. Not only does he need a lesson on manners and proper customer support but now I need to find a new car wash.

It's a family owned business and they do a great job making customers feel appreciated. Do not go here with expectations that it's a fast full-service carwash. It's not fast because they do an unbelievable detailed job on your vehicle. 1. The tunnel wash. They have the speed of the wash slower than most other washes so if you only want a wash you'll get your money's worth and they always have an attendant that drys your vehicle. 2. If you pay for the full-service you might think you underpaid. Your vehicle goes through 3 full-service stations. They clean the door jams, they pop your rear window and tailgate and wipe the inside, they wash the rubber floor mats, they use high pressure air to get in the groves and crevices in your vehicles interior, and the last station is quality control where they go over everything. Why would you go to one of those washes that you have to dry, vacuum, and clean the interior yourself for the almost the same price of a full-service at Autosheen?? That doesn't make sense. P.S. Sign up for the monthly wash program, it's worth it!!

I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. It did a good job, met expectations. They also have a line of car vacuums, charged at $1 for 3 minutes. It took $2 to do a decent job of vacuuming my car and trunk. The vacuum didn't have a lot of power, but got out a decent amount of dirt and debris from my floors. The machines also take quarters or dollar bills, which is a nice touch.

We're talking my white paint had started to turn black, the dust inside was caked on, and the car just felt dingy. The way I got my car back though, is a total transformation. All of the dirt had been washed and buffed out of the exterior and a nice fresh coat of wax was applied for a nice smooth polished finish. But the real difference maker was the interior. My dust caked dash and door compartments are now practically sparkling, my floormats, which had previously been stained nearly black are back to their original tan color, and the leather on the seats and consoles seems almost brand new! On top of how great my car looks, working with Harrison was a breeze. He's a super friendly guy and makes the whole process as easy as possible on the customer. Even when it was taking them a bit longer than originally estimated, he texted me to let me know that there would be some delay and gave me an estimated time that I should be able to come pick up my car. Furthermore, you can tell that he's really passionate about his work and cares a lot about each and every car that comes in there. It's easy to imagine that one would care more about the luxury or high-value cars that come in more than others, but I could tell that he cared about my 2002 Toyota just as much as any car that was placed in his care. Lastly, the price. While $185 may sound like a lot of money to spend compared to a standard car wash, the amount of work that is put into the car when you bring it here makes every penny worth it.
