I think I've tried just about everything on this menu. You can't go wrong with anything, but I caution against the anything habanero. i don't know, maybe burritos are just different on the east coast. b/c this place, despite all the great reviews, was just SO BLAND. maybe it's also b/c i don't get meat, and maybe that's where all the flavor resides. but i've had burritos made w/flavorful rice, beans, guac, pico, and salsa verde. i mean super good. but out here i've tried everywhere, and it tastes like a plain steamed flour tortilla. so sad. i'm going to post this same review to taco truck b/c it was the same there but w/a fast food atmosphere instead. read more

One of my favorite places in Morristown. Food is a great quality for a take-out and definitely its good for a quick bite to eat when your not looking for a fancy sit-down place. Macho has always been one of my favorite spots in Motown. Great fresh Mexican food, made quickly. Their chorizo tacos are out of this world.

I was in the mood for tacos and went to Macho Nacho on Tuesday and in the utilitarian store front are some lovely people who took my order and in the small kitchen prepared my four beef tacos for the price of three. This is apparently an every Tuesday opportunity. You will be asked if you wish a sauce for the food and I chose hot and I assure you there was no disappointment in the heat as while it was hot, it did not overwhelm the flavor on the taco but on the other hand one must be judicious in applying such a sauce. read more

Went for the nachos, fell for the tacos and the Columbian Chorizo Burrito. Have to come back on Tuesday Taco Nite where you get one free with a regular single order of three, although, this place is downright cheap in price, not quality. The breakfast burrito was great, reminding me of the ones in the Southwest. Lots of chorizo alongside eggs and potatoes. We ordered two small nachos, definitely recommend the Macho Nachos with every meat on it. Simple basic nachos with meat and cheese on it with a scoop of guac and sour cream on the side. All three tacos I had were good (lengua, carnitas and Carne Asada). Each came with Pico de gallo on it with the Carne Asada adding guac in the taco. Two salsas, green with a slight kick and a pretty hot red. I preferred the green. Heard the quesadillas were good and will try next time. read more

The best Mexican food in the area! Beats the pants off of the Taco Truck any day! Everything is made fresh and is absolutely authentic. Reasonably priced and willing to accommodate requests. Only bad thing is I wish they were open later than 11pm especially on weekend nights. read more

Macho nacho is my favorite place to eat in Morristown. The burritos are delicious and cheap considering the quality and taste of the food. The size of the burrito and number of complimentary chips is less than other nearby mexican places, but the price more than makes up for it. Their chipotle sauce is my favorite sauce in town. I recommend the danny-o burrito. Finally, they have deals monday-wednesday, including Buy One Get One Half Off Burritos on wednesday. read more

Let me first start out by saying that this place is probably my favorite place EVER to get a burrito, taco or chimichanga. The chicken is cooked and cut perfectly, and the ingredients just go so well together. Not exactly a romantic place but if my boyfriend got me something from here, it would only make me love him more. Every time I'm craving Mexican(which is often), I go here because anywhere else would be disappointing(trust me, I know). People who give this place bad reviews clearly do not understand burritos! Macho Nacho is by far one of my favorite places to grab lunch in Morristown. Everything is fresh, the service is fast, and friendly. I truly enjoy the oooey-gooey cheese, flavorful toppings (ie. grilled chicken, beef, chorizo), and the crisp lettuce/tomato. By no means does the chef hold out on giving a generous portion of all the ingredients on each layer of the nachos. I suggest you try this wonderful place. They put the MACHO in your NACHO!!! Ordered 2 chicken tacos and 2 chorizo tacos to go. Served up in a Styrofoam clam shell with a fork. Girl at the counter provided a small cup of mild sauce. 10$. Service was fast. Way better than Taco Bell yet still not impressive as it could be. Stingy on the lettuce, little or no tomato. Shells were handmade but super fresh. The chorizo meat was greasy orange (make sure to you don't drip it on your shirt it looks lethal). Served with a few chunks of lime. All in all OK especially if your drunk it will hit the spot. It was good while it lasted, but I wont be back. When I order a Firebird chicken burrito, I expect it to have chicken in it. Spicy hot chicken. The Firerbird is the only item I have ever gotten there - probably 50 or more - and it has gotten smaller and milder since they opened. It used to be great, but now they are skimping in food, alienating loyal customers. I always figured Taco Truck would go out of business before Macho Nacho, but now I put them both in the same category - Not worth it. read more
