But unfortunately, I've learned something that has completely changed my view on the company. It turns out they've been employing the infamous TikTok personality "Celebritea Blinds," aka Amanda T.P. as their marketing director. This is the woman who has been spreading harmful and offensive rumors about people of color for years, especially targeting Nicki Minaj and other POC for her own monetary gain. I can't, in good conscience, support a business that gives this kind of behavior a platform. So, while I've enjoyed my treatments here, I'll be taking my business elsewhere based on the morals of RMA. It's a shame because I was genuinely happy with my results, but I just can't ignore the bigger picture, and wrong is wrong. If you're considering this place, definitely do your research, because actions like these matter. Hopefully RMA takes this situation seriously.

I was able to rearrange my busy schedule and willing to drive an hour for my 6:15pm Tuesday appointment. Unfortunately that was not the case. Yesterday I received a phone call 2 hours before my appointment and was asked to come in earlier since "the aesthetician's clients cancelled due to Covid, and she doesn't really want to stay until 6:15pm." I was in utter disbelief by that statement! If my appointment is at 6:15, I expect to be treated at that time, but I guess it was more important for the aesthetician to leave early. Highly disappointed.

We were asked to fill out a form detailing our dermatological and immunological history, which the staff was careful to review prior to the treatment. I got a medical facial. The aesthetician frequently ensured I was comfortable during the facial. After I was done, I noticed results immediately! It was so relaxing, she didn't rush me at all, and she is so sweet. At my second appointment I appreciated that she pulled in Kim to help determine the best and most efficient treatment plan. Kim was equally as nice and squeezed me in in-between appointments to perform a laser treatment, yet again I never once felt rushed. The result that I got from one laser treatment were amazing. The scar shrank and was not as dark. Kim and Erin are so knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely continue to see them after my scar has gone away.
