On Saturday, the mechanic on duty called with a quote for my check engine light, but had also prepared separate quotes for other issues that needed to be addressed for my car. Initially, this stressed me out -- (even though I also knew these items were issues on my car, but wasn't ready to fix them yet). I asked them if they could email the quotes to me which they did. I went online and I ran over to the reviews before approving any of the repairs and saw a 5 star review from a neighbor that is the kind of person I would imagine would leave a very thorough and honest review of a mechanic. (I had also had great experience at this garage years before, but wasn't sure if it was managed by the same person - it still is). I gave my ok and the parts were ordered and arrived on Monday, my car was completely repaired and ready to go by Tuesday at noon.
