The addition is perfect and everyone who visits remarks on how beautiful it is. We have to say owner Steve, and his crew, takes pride in the quality and craftsmanship of the work including any work done by subcontractors. If a subcontractor did something not up to par, the owner or his crew would point it out and make sure the work was redone correctly or fix it themself. My mother-in-law changed her mind about a few things halfway through the build. Not only did they make the changes, but they also went out of their way to make sure she was happy every step of the project. We highly recommend Property Services GC and plan to use them when we build a new house in the future.

A representative from the company privately told me that there was no foreman on site at the time of this particular roof installation and it was done improperly. The owner agreed to replace the roof at no additional cost to me and included a silicone sealant as a layer of protection. It has continued to leak every few months in new locations. The owner refuses to acknowledge WHY a brand new roof continues to leak, yet makes excuses that it was due to hurricane damage (there was little rain during the recent hurricanes and no trees lie above this particular roof to cause damage). I would highly discourage any using this company for any roof replacements.

We were told the next step would be to have them come out and re-seal around the windows. Well, we've been promised that someone would come out. We've been promised someone would call. Frankly, all we've gotten is excuses and delays. I've had to follow up with their "legal liaison" (who needs a legal liaison unless you're constantly running into legal problems?!?) who, on the surface seems helpful, but NOTHING is getting done and it's exhausting to have to continually follow up on a vendor that doesn't do what they say. I do not post negative reviews. I hope I wasn't too graphic or rude. The way we've been treated post-sale, I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT recommend using this company.
