He said he would replace them at the warehouse within 3 days. I told him we had to turn in keys by the 31st. He promised to have the doors back in 3 days max. Ok I gave them the whole week. No word from him or his manager Josh. Ok so now we are 10 days out and no response and I called Josh and explained that if we are charged for the doors during our walk thru I will be taking this to small claims court. It wasn't then that I was told the doors were available for replacement. Really so you had the doors but didn't intend on replacing something your tech broke until I called again. If you break something it's your job to replace it. Simple as that. If this company had been straight up with me. I probably would have used them for our new house we bought that also has a fireplace. Now I can't trust their services.
