I called, frantically, on a Saturday morning because I could hear that birds had gotten into my dryer vent from outside. One of them actually escaped and got into my home. Needless to say, I was pretty shook up! I called and spoke to Cara, who was very sympathetic and had help at my house very quickly. There was another bird trapped in the dryer vent that they were able to get out of my house quickly. They replaced the dryer vent and put a birdcage outside of my home to ensure this wouldn't happy again. Super polite, understanding and friendly staff. Save your money and go elsewhere. We were completely scammed! I wish I could give 0 stars. We have a young child who was having frequent bouts of sickness so we thought cleaning our air ducts would be a good thing to try. They quoted us an insane amount ($1,000) but we went ahead because we didn't have time to shop around. Huge mistake. The individuals who came to our home clearly had no idea what they were doing and our home was left FILTHY. I had to dust and disinfect almost every surface, change all the bedding and clean/vacuum the floors. I found clumps of debris in all different sizes from fluffy black to actual pieces of drywall. I'm still finding stuff to this day and this was a few weeks ago! We ended up having to pay for our home to be cleaned because it was so bad. In addition they said they found mold (of course right? Which is obviously more money for them) so how do I know if there actually was mold they didn't spread it around my home? After a few calls complaining they only reimbursed $250 from the $1500 we ended up paying. The owner did not talk to us directly, was adamant they did their job and "it's normal for some debris to be left behind" It was infuriating. I ended up calling the company that recommended them to us and told them my experience and suggested they do not recommend them to anyone ever again. Do not waste your time and money! The only positive thing I can say is that the women who worked in the office and answered the phone were very nice. I called this company after performing a Google search for dryer vent cleaning. I spoke with one of the ladies in the office and I explained I had several vents that required cleaning in many of my properties. The owner, Johnny, called me back and after some back and forth, we were able to negotiate a fair price for the large number of vents. The morning of the service, Johnny and his technician arrived on time and explained what they were going to do. His technician completed all of the cleanings by himself and did a great job. The only thing that concerned me is they did not use a vacuum and I had to provide my own. But, that's ok. The technician inserted a brush with flexible rods from the outside of the dryer exhaust on the side or rear of the home, all the way until it reached the back of the unit inside the house. All the while, the dryer was on so it could blow out any lint. They replaced any small lengths of hose that were damaged between the dryer and the wall. The technician lost one of the flexible rods in the rigid duct portion of one of the units so he climbed into the attic, disconnected one of the portions of rigid duct, and retrieved the rod. While he was up there, he emptied any lint that was in the grill outside (4th floor, so very high up) by sticking is hand through the end of the rigid duct and out to the grill outside. He went above and beyond in this regard, because they were very clear that they would only clean the grills of the homes in which they were located on the first or second floor, where they are easily accessible. I would absolutely give negative stars if I could. They showed up and had an attitude as I asked how the technicians were doing with a smile on my face. When asked what I needed done and I said whatever it takes to show I had carpets cleaned for my property management company, the technician immediately went into defensive mode and said she wasn't lying for me. Nobody asked her to lie, I asked for the bare minimum treatment. Fast forward to the (very shoddy) work being completed...I sign off on the invoice and leave the house. Thank GOD we had a cleaning person coming the next day who let us know that the utility closet door was left off. The company was well aware we were moving out and that's how they left the home...after we paid them $800!! The owner offered to fix it but his email offering to fix it basically made excuses for the tech. $800 is not pocket change by any stretch, save your money and go somewhere that does decent work and will leave your home like they found it. read more

They did a great job cleaning my carpet and cleaning out my dryer vent. The attachment to the vent was not secure so the technician tightened up all the fittings. He made sure the gas connection was properly secured. I appreciated the outstanding job they did at my apartment. read more

I would give no stars if I could ... After we were referred to him, from a gentleman who cleaned our carpets, Johnny quoted us an outrageous amount for air duct and dryer vent cleaning. He also said he found mold in our filter. We opted to do the dryer alone for $276. When the work was done, the dryer vent was still filthy, and they did not clean up after themselves. There was lint tracked all over our basement and laundry room. A bracket that attached the dryer hose to the wall was left on top of the dryer and they used my husbands shop vac to do the hole job. When my husband called him the next day to follow up, he tried to rush him off the phone saying that he had spent long enough on the phone with him and that he was busy. He also stated that none of his other customers ever complained about using their personal equipment, and that he did us a favor because he fixed a clog in the shop vac before he used it. He also admitted that he fixed the hose using tape, instead of the bracket that was left on the dryer. The bottom line is that we felt we had been scammed. Had we had fallen for the original estimate of over $1000, I would have really been upset. Save yourself some money and find another air duct company. We had someone else come out for a cheaper price and did the work that Johnny claimed he could do. And I almost forgot ... They never found any mold! read more

They gave us an estimate with a bunch of addition items that came to over $1000.00 When I told them that I did not want the addition items they left. they had taken our furnace apart and did not put it back together. He went above and beyond the vent cleaning and cleaned the dryer. The dryer has never worked this great.. His guys were professional and cleaned up after the job was done.. I can't say enough about these guys. Our basement flooded after a big storm. A big name company told me the carpet was a loss and wanted nearly 2,000.00 to rip it out and haul it away, at which point I'd need new carpet. Johnny came by on a day's notice, dried everything out, treated for mold, and relaid the carpet (which he said was completely fine) with new all padding for 1,400.00. If I could give them 0 starts I would! Stay away from this company! They came to my house to clean my dryer vent. Three guys showed up and were only in my house for 30 minutes. They told me I had a lot of lint in the venting. One guy got some lint out from where the vent exited the house. Another took a vacuum and got some out of the dryer itself, near the lint trap. Then they charged us $400!!!!! After they left I noticed that they never pulled the dryer away from the wall and never cleaned the duct exiting the dryer into the wall. I just had my carpets cleaned with this company and the job they did was superb! My carpets are very old and had not been cleaned in a VERY long time. And now they look like new! Just to be clear, this is more a review of the company's professionalism than anything else -- I woke up one day with bites all over both legs and assumed I had bed bugs, as I had just moved into my house and bought new furniture, mattress, etc. Found this company on Yelp and called, and they were able to schedule me for that same evening. They inspected the house and said there were no signs of bugs whatsoever, and offered to spray if we wanted to, but said they couldn't ethically do so without telling us there really wasn't a reason. He saved us about $600 by being honest (only charged a reasonable $80 service fee), and we definitely appreciated it. read more
