Beware of the online pickup!! This past Christmas holiday, I…read moreordered and PAID for two apple watches from this store. These watches were in high demand at the time and I was lucky enough to be able to purchase two for my daughters Christmas gifts, well so I thought. I went to pick up my two apple watches and when I got to the store, they bought out a package with just one of my watches. The employee did NOT advise me that they had only had one in stock, yet turned away and went back toward the store. I stopped them and asked them why I didn't have two like I had ordered. They went in and about 30 minutes later, came back out and said that I had the only one that was in stock. I asked if I was going to get a refund and all they would tell me is that I would have to call the Walmart toll free number and discuss it with them. So, I called while I was still in the parking lot and the associate assured me that I would get a refund. I asked if they could send me a watch through the mail and he advised that they were unable to do so. I then found another watch and paid for it again but had to drive to hendersonville to pick it up. No problems at that store. A few days went by and nothing was refunded to my bank account. I called back, day by day, sometimes several times a day, yet always promised that I would get my refund. I was sick of calling. I called and asked to speak to a manager and this particular manager just up and told me that I was not getting a refund and did not explain why, nor what the problem was. Would not give me an explanation. So a few days ago, I got an email stating that they were going to refund my protection plan that I had purchased on the one watch I didn't receive. Someone in that store either stole an apple watch that day or something else. I don't know what is going on at this store, and I have asked to speak to the manager that handles the car pickup and all they can do is tell me to call the walmart hotline. Beware of this store people, especially when ordering expensive items. I can almost guarantee I will never see that apple watch or the $250 that I spent on it. Its not alot of money, but when you struggle being a widower and having two teen girls, money just don't fall off of trees around my house.

This outlet place was about 1-1.5 hours out of the way but very doable. It worked out great! We found a baby store, loaded up on baby clothes and toys. We were there around 3-5 in the afternoon. It was an easy in-easy out. The place has so much parking. The layout is a bit weird. Instead of being circular or squared off like most of these places... it seemed like a long line of stores on each side. Not a huge deal but it did seem like more walking than what most of these places provide. They have all the typical stores. We looked around some but were just trying to make it to our destination so we didn't stick around too long.

I can see all of the stores from the parking lot, find the ones I want to go, and avoid the ones I don't want to go to; I can go directly to those stores shop to get what I got to get and leave. Ample parking lots. Lots of discounts within the various stores... you talk about making a deal sweeter. Like that the stores observe the social distancing mandate. It was tax free weekend, unbeknown to us, that made it even more crowded that we expected. They had some folks "attempting" to direct traffic, not sure where they found them or if anyone had instructed them on how to do this job because it was chaos from the minute we pulled into the area. The prices were not impressive at any of the stores we visited. Disney was typically priced for any of their stores, Old Navy had better sales at our local store than the outlet, Toys R Us was a joke, Janie and Jack had a few good buys, shoe stores didn't impress us either. We had 2 younger children with us that were getting hot and very bored. I wish there had been a few more spots to sit and chill for them. Nike and Abercrombie had some decent buys. Overall, not worth the hassle trying to find a place to park, the stores were overly crowded, merchandise on the floors and not enough people working to keep the check outs moving at a decent pace. I love shopping here every other time I have been here so it must have been the time of the year that made it so underwhelming and yet overwhelming at the same time.
