I started with Melody on the macronazi 90 day plan in November she gives the first two weeks of menus and plenty of tips on where to shop, convenience of online shopping as well as how to track. Then she helps you create your own menus, within your macros offers suggestions and helpful tips, it's been so educational, the constant communication and easing into the macro way of life is done very well and not overwhelming at all there is online progress tracking, daily check ins that help tremendously with accountability, She is available to answer any questions. I wanted to learn how to count macros and work through some very unhealthy eating habits that left me miserable. Before I started my journey with Melody, I would hit the gym everyday and lift heavy with the goal of building muscle and attaining a certain physique. After 2 years of that process, I became so disheartened with the lack of results I was seeing. I was missing something. What can I say about her! I have to say I struggled with weight loss almost all my yrs. I got married 10 yrs ago and weighed in at 180 lbs. and slowly gained around 33lbs over that time of the10 yrs I have been married. Leaving me at 213lbs. at my highest weight in my life at 34 yrs old. I went through all those yo-yo diet programs that work for all. And I have to say they dont work for all. I only lost 7lbs in 3 months when I was on one of the more popular program. Leaving me around 206 lbs. Then I went through our dear Melody. I have gone through her 3 month long program and then I have stayed on for another few months. So a total of 5 months so far... I have lost 26lbs and now I'm back at 180 lbs. I have not been there in 10 yrs. With this new life style I can eat normal foods. I get a cheat meal often and I am held accountable for any weight gains or loss (the loss in a good way).
