My wife and I stopped by this Macy inside Westfield Culver City mall over the weekend. She wanted to buy a lipstick so we visited the cosmetic department on the first floor. The staff were really nice and helpful with my wife. While she was trying on different products, I walked around to the men's suit area to look at what they had. There a bathroom on the second floor next to Starbucks. The store is a decent size inside and different products will have a certain sale going on.

This review is strictly looking at the sheer options in terms of pre Black Friday sales-and an organizations ability to let you know what's going on in terms of signage, etc. Otherwise, it's anyone's guess right? And while I've been on a bit of a tour around the South bay & West side, so far, no department store has displayed Black Friday signage in terms of sheer numbers quite like the Macy's here at the Culver City Westfield Mall aka Fox Hills Mall, as we know the true name to be. Lol I mean it doesn't matter what section or floor you go to, this place is on sale and they're letting you know it. If in the area, come check it out. Your pocketbooks might thank you.

employee id 71115670 one other customer besides myself in the glasses section. To have that much of an attitude two hrs into her shift is insane. Didn't want to share her name, but sure wanted to have horrible service.

in a day and age when it's hard to find anyone to help you in a retail setting, this review is strictly for 2 employees who went above and beyond to help me in the women's department today at the store in the westfield mall. lorrainee and christina ( hope i'm not butchering their names) went out of their way to find an item i was looking for in the right size and color. both were extremely friendly and professional. i was head of operations for a chain of clothing stores (176 stores in 17 states) and, in fact, opened a store (fashion conspiracy) in this mall in 1975 when the mall first opened. if i were still in that position, i'd want to hire either of these woman i hope that they're appreciated for the jobs that they're doing.

I'm now going back and deleting every word of that praise. Brave Star charges an additional $20-$25 to hem its jeans. Do not use this service. Despite providing exact measurements, I was handed an expensive pair of jeans hemmed several inches too long. I returned them so the mistake could be corrected, came back to pick them up again, and discovered they had done absolutely nothing. No correction, no meaningful explanation, and no apparent concern that they had wasted my time twice and left me with jeans I still couldn't wear. A company that sells premium denim should be capable of performing a basic hem correctly. At the very least, it should take responsibility when the work is clearly wrong. Brave Star did neither. After more than ten years of loyalty and referrals, I was treated as though my business and the quality of their own work were completely irrelevant. I hope Mik and Maria Serfontaine are proud of the standards their company now represents. I certainly wouldn't trust Brave Star with another purchase, and I would strongly advise anyone buying their jeans to take them somewhere competent for alterations.

I hadn't heard of the shop before visiting, and we went because there was a sale. They apparently had some water damage in January and just had opened back up... and wanted to release some of the damaged and unfinished clothes for discounted prices. First I need to mention that the management and owner were standing outside and greeting everyone, chatting with them. I heard the full story of how this place came about, and the struggles they went through during covid and the rain. Just a great group of people running the shop and you really root for them to succeed. I bought two t-shirts, a sweatshirt and a hat. It has become my favorite pieces of clothing. The shirts are comfortable but thick material, and don't hug you in an unflattering way. They fit so well. I will definitely come back once they have a new round of inventory to check out their stuff.

I loved my experience here!…read more I've always wanted to work with a stylist, but never knew how to go about finding one. Since having my baby I haven't been able to shop for myself and got fed up with wearing my maternity clothes. Somehow I found Trunk Club and thank goodness I did! After receiving my first box I decided to schedule an appointment with my stylist Alexandra. She was wonderful and pulled about 15 pieces for me to try. Some were a hit, some were a miss, but Alexandra took notes on what looked good on me for future reference. The location itself is beautiful. It's large with lots of natural light coming in from sky lights. There's a bar serving complementary beer, wine, water bottles, and coffee. Alexandra offered me a cold brew to drink which I gladly accepted. Also impressive was After visiting Trunk Club, I'm not sure why I wouldn't return every time I need a few new items in my wardrobe.

I'm not a big clothes shopper but I always look forward to my trips here (and always end up spending more than I plan) By appointment only (but super easy to make one) Trunk Club makes it so easy to shop for good looking clothes from a range of labels. They do tend to be more on the upper end (their acquisition by Nordstrom is indicative of this) so be prepared for the corresponding pricing. That being said working with a stylist and their range really helps with putting together ensembles that actually work and that involved multiple interchangeable elements. Trunk Club also has their own custom shirts and suits that are tailored for each customer. I've ordered both and love them. Their dress shirts are now my first choice both in terms of look and feel.

Maybe he was upset with someone else and took it out on me, I don't know. So It started in the parking lot. I was looking for a picture of a design I wanted to have printed on a T-shirt which but I guess took too long because I was in a stall marked for his stores customers and I didn't get out of my car right away . He left from behind the counter (I assume) while customers were in the store, to come to the parking lot and tell me to move my car over, because it was over the line in the next stall. I responded by saying "I'm sorry I couldn't really see the line, they need to be painted". Then he says "if you're not coming in to my store, you need to move!" and waved me off as he was walking away. His whole tone and delivery was very nasty. So I went into the store and he was behind the counter and there were three customers in the store. I went to the counter and told him that I was trying to find a picture of a design I wanted printed on a T-shirt and that he didn't have to be so nasty in his tone. He got extremely defensive telling me, "I told you to move your car over, and I even said please". That part of the conversation wasn't the issue, it was his tone, his delivery and his motions, very unprofessional and for what? I told him I'll just go somewhere else, then very sarcastically he said, "ok" as if my money is not needed in his store.
