Hurry hurry! Today is the last day for recycling program

I've been using some MAC products for over 20 years!!! even though I also love my Charlotte Tilbury, But MAC has had the best recycling program. You bring 6 empty MAC CONTAINERS and you get a free lip sticks ranges from $17.00-$22.00 dollars. Unfortunately, today March 31st was the last day!, after 20 plus years of recycled program So I hope all makeup MAC LOVERS, made it to recycle their Mac containers, and get their free lipsticks!!!

    Thanks Ozzy!! You're the best!!

I went to the Mac store inside of the Macy's at the Montclair mall. Ozzy Perez was the Mac artist that helped me out today. He made me feel like he really cared about how I looked. It's make up artists like him that make people beautiful all over again !! Best mac experience ever !!! Seriously!!!

On top of that, Arman offered to come to the venue, Padua Hills Theatre in Claremont, on our wedding day to tie our bowties. I was disappointed and upset with my first experience. Arman contacted me and offered a full refund. I was taken back. No excuses he just said "I'm going to take care of you, don't worry. I'll give you full refund." No excuses, no sales tactics, just a call saying he's going to take care of me. Just wow. I ended up loosing the pants to the suit. Because how he handled all this, I was going to just go purchase another pants. But he ended up giving me a full refund anyway and told me to keep the top because I can still make an awesome wardrobe with it by pairing with different color bottom. He was right. I ended up buying a suit I wanted from him. I mean how can I go somewhere else at this point. Although it wasn't even an expensive suit that I purchased, he treated me like I was his VIP client. They say people don't remember what they say, they remember how someone made them feel, Arman made me feel like he REALLY cared. I haven't been this impressed by a business in awhile. What a pleasant surprise. From dissatisfied person who would never go to him, now I'm his client for life...

Kings is one of the few last bastions of streetwear boutiques, reminiscent of a long, bygone era of…read morestreetwear dating back to around 2009 to maybe the end of 2014. Nowadays streetwear trends have shifted, blurring the line between casual fashion and high fashion. It's made its way into high fashion, collaborating with major fashion heavyweights like Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Dior, Vetements, etc. to list a few. Kings to me is what pure streetwear is all about at its core. No bots, no asinine reseller mark-ups, no insane pricetags, no bullshit. Just tried and true streetwear styles from iconic streetwear brands that have withstood the test of time. I'm thankful Kings and others like it still exist (Proper, BAIT, Bowls LA and Union are both kind of). I say kind of because Bowls opens whenever they want and Union definitely has a certain audience in mind with the brands they carry. Anyway, maybe I'm looking back at the history of streetwear with rose-tinted glasses, but there's no denying that the fact that a place like Kings can still thrive despite the fact that a lot of boutiques I used to frequent have either shifted to online exclusively or just shuttered their doors permanently is respectable. The fact that you can still walk into a place like this and get some sick drip without playing bullshit games and waiting for drops or buying bots to cop shit is something I truly appreciate. The staff is cool as always and if anything, their selection has improved over the years and they've definitely stepped up (heh) their shoe game as well. Anyway, my very long drawn out point is that Kings is still king when it comes to finding streetwear locally with an excellent selection. They carry all the brands; new and old. It's like Costco. You definitely aren't walking outta there with just a $5 rotisserie chicken. You're gonna walk outta there with a whole ass wardrobe if you haven't gone shopping in a VERY long time, like me.

However, during my…read moremost recent visit today, I witnessed an interaction between a manager/supervisor and an employee that I found very unprofessional and uncomfortable. While I understand that workplace issues need to be addressed, the employee was repeatedly spoken to in a degrading manner and was ultimately told to "go over there and do your thing." This interaction took place openly in front of coworkers and customers, making it difficult not to hear. In my opinion, this type of feedback should be handled privately and respectfully. Employees deserve to be corrected without being embarrassed or humiliated in front of others. I hope management will take this feedback into consideration, as the interaction significantly affected my otherwise positive impression of the store.
