My wife and I went here last thursday to get outfits for a wedding we went to on Friday. We went in pretty close to closing time and we were stressed that we weren't going to get our outfits in time. Luckily, associates Ciyani and Megan were there to help us. They literally pulled 10-15 outfits for us to try on and helped both of us pick out complet outfits! This store is found in Montclair shopping mall with plenty of parking. I have ALL good things to say about Windsor. Let me preface my experience by making it very clear that I do not like shopping! Any shopping I do is usually online to avoid the whole endless window/rack perusing and trying on of clothes. I went through every shop in the mall looking for a pantsuit or even just a nice blazer. Something appropriate to officiate a wedding. I was almost losing hope when CASSIE came to my rescue (THANK GOD)! She offered me help and I took it! She spent a good amount of time helping me and my picky self to find what I needed. Just the right thing. I had a whole ensemble that I actually LOVED in no time flat, and she did it with a genuine smile and real desire to help me. Here's the kicker that makes this experience even more dynamic, the staff here are not paid commissions so Cassie's customer service was top notch GENUINELY! She is an ABSOLUTE asset to Windsor and they are lucky to have her. She should be promoted to training staff in customer service because you don't get that these days. Thank you ladies. I wish I knew everyone's name but the whole staff that day was amazing. I had such a bad experience with the Mission Viejo Windsor location. After sending me on a run around the Brea location and Montclair location worked wonderfully together to find my birthday dress. Best Windsor in the IE !! I called multiple windsors trying to find items for my costume which some were sold out online.. they answered right away when I called and were so wonderful and most helpful compared to other locations. The manager and sales associate there helped me find everything and took care of me when I came into the store. I will come here to shop even though I never go to this mall. Ok so I'm gonna start by saying Windsor is one of my favorite stores! I live in riverside and was in that area so I decided to stop by. Keep in mind I'm not a regular at this store so didn't really expect much since I'm used to the girls in the riverside location always acting like they work at Gucci lol... I was assisted by such a patient and helpful girl, I didn't verbally get her name but in my receipt it says Stephanie. She was amazing. I was literally asking for all kinds of items I was going to purchase online but decided not to just cuz I wanted to try them on to see how they looked. Point being she was so helpful and patient I asked her about 4 items and at no moment did she seem annoyed or give me a ugh face she would just go and look for them. It's because of an employee named Suzy or Susie (not sure how she spells it) why I'm giving this one 5 stars. I went in months ago struggling to find a bridesmaid dress for my best friends wedding. She was so amazing & helped me even when the store was crazy busy & I ended up buying a dress that I loved. & That wasn't easy for a bride who knew exactly the look she wanted. Just went back in a few days ago & again seemed like they were pretty busy or short staffed possibly both...but guess what? Susie to the rescue again. I thought I recognized her from months before...& once again, was SUPER helpful, SUPER polite & sweet. She needs a dang promotion because that girl rocks! I visited this store today, looking for a dress for a upcoming party. I've never shopped here before. I'm hard to fit do to my large upper body / torso and smaller bust. (Bra 38A). I was helped by Cindy and she suggested I should try sizes 15 & XL. We found 6 dresses. I tried them on and was surprised that they fix perfectly. I'm usually told that 16 or 1x is my size. The 15's were perfect. Cindy was sooooo patient which kept me calm. Due to my bust size she suggested an adhesive bra, which I had never tried before. It even gave me cleavage. I ended up getting two dresses and the bra. As I went to pay, I found out Cindy had just gone to lunch. I went to the store manager (Cassie) to leave a tip and she refused it. Something about policy. There was 3 sale associates in the store that evening and the store was not at all busy. Drove 40 mins to this location to look for a long dress because I heard this location has a nice size area of dress options. At first I was annoyed walking in, I wasn't welcomed and an associate walked right passed in front of me crossing me so I had to stop walking so that I wouldn't crash into her. She didn't apologize and I felt uncomfortable looking at the dresses since nobody asked if I was doing okay but instead just stared at me. UNTIL I found a few dresses myself and and associate named Maddie helped me with a fitting room, made suggestions and was so patient with me being indecisive! She even went on the computer to see other store locations to check if they carried something I was looking for. She was sweet and I felt totally comfortable with her as I made a decision. They have very cute clothing that's always on style and nice formal dresses. Clothing is a little over priced, but the quality is good. I do love their accessory jewelry. Their customer service has gone worst. The employes that worked there before were friendlier, their new staff are indifferent, rude and useless. My daughter and I went to this store in search for a Winter Formal dress. We found the dress but they didn't have they correct size. Brianna went out of her way to help us order the dress. The store where it was shipped from made an error and didn't ship the dress timely. Brianna and the store manager made it right by not charging us for shipping. We were able to get to the dress on time due to their excellent customer service. Also in the store, the formal area is set up nicely and accessible compared to to other Windsor stores. went in lastnight to try and find some heels. mind you it wasn't even BUSY and there was only 3 or 4 sales associates. i found a pair that i liked so i stood at the register waiting for one girl to finish with a customer. the other associates were just WALKING AROUND? i work in customer service i get it sometimes you just don't pay any mind to other people but all 3 of the other coworkers were just looking at me and walking away. finally someone asked me if i needed help i told her what size i needed and she walked away. i kid you not i waited for almost 10 minutes and no one gave me a heads up that someone was finding them, NOTHING so i decided to go up to one of the associates (her name was Natalie) and asked what was up with my shoes and she said ohhhhhhh. um. someone's looking for them. i was like ok? you guys couldn't give me a heads up like hey were working on it? and she didn't say anything and so i left. worst customer service i have EVER received. read more
