Staff is mostly only at the registers and they are just okay with friendliness. It feels mostly like they are just trying to get through the transaction and move on. There were some others displayed like Marie, Bambi, and Inside Out. I enjoyed the time I spent here browsing. The prices are extremely affordable and hard to beat. There are self checkout options and reusable bags available for purchase if you forget to bring your own. You must scan your receipt to exit. It does get very packed on a Saturday afternoon, so be wary of that. But other than that, it was a great experience and I will be returning for more.

Sometimes it's better going in store than it is to order online because of the clearance area alone. The store is clean and organized. It's a pretty decent size. I like how they have the lounge fly bags in one area so you can see the entire selection. Sometimes they'll have different theme bags and they are separate areas, but most of them are easy to find in one. Every time I go into the store I'm always greeted upon entering. The service is friendly and helpful. If you're at the mall I would definitely recommend in the store.

Prices are still high for the main merch, but if they have things on Clearance, you can score some pretty good deals. Not as good as Nordstrom Rack, but still good. They have a bunch of different "cool" patterns in both long and short sleeve. I mostly looked at the button downs (or ups?) but I think they had some other stuff as well. They had a super tiny women's section with hardly any selection, so ladies, now you know how we feel at your stores! The sales structure of JC Penney had changed over the recent years, which matches the changes in corporate/CEO leadership.
