We went to the fitting rooms to try on, and she acted like we were offending her by trying things on. We talked to other customers in the store, and they thought the same exact thing. She ruined my whole experience of the store. In my opinion, no one that disgusting should be working in a high end store. I will say though, Kate, you are the best! For many years, I have occasionally shopped at this store. Overall, I think that the employees could greet me more often, but they do promptly and accurately ring up my purchases. Compared to a decade ago, I do not like J.Crew's fashions as much now, and I have significantly reduced the frequency of my purchases here. Nonetheless, during my most recent visit, I did purchase a nice tank top that had a reasonable price.

This store had departments for women, men, girls, boys, bedding, bath, kitchen and dining, home decor, furniture, jewelry, mattresses, beauty products, salon, etcetera.
