As an entree I enjoyed the Tonkatsu hot pot, presentation was 10/10. The broth tastes so good, I couldn't get enough, they use rice noodles for this dish specifically which I love. Everyone was great service wise, very kind and accommodating. The only thing I will say is that 2 dishes took longer than expected to arrive so some of the people in our party had to wait a bit longer to eat their food. We were sat immediately and they had a printed sign with our name on it on our table. That was a nice touch. The service was VERY slow! It came with about 2-4 big "fries". Upon using the ladies room, I discovered that the hand dryer was not working. It was 3pm (2 hours later) when we received our desserts. We had to add more time to the parking meter. The waiter informed us that he couldn't offer us any coffee as the machine was being serviced. The restaurant looks nice. The chairs are comfortable. It's nicely decorated. The music was great- mostly 80's music. All in all, we were pretty disappointed in our experience. As a Michelin Guide restaurant, we expected more. Better/faster service, for sure! A working coffee machine. Hot food. I'm glad I came for Miami Spice. I probably won't be returning. If I do return I'll ask for a different waiter.
