Finally, we ate here!!! I have been wanting to come and try their food in here for a long time. This is a cafe inside the Macy's store at Dadeland Mall here in South Miami, with chairs and tables so you can enjoy your meal at this department store. We had a chocolate muffin and chicken fingers. The chicken was good, served in a little bag and hot. The Taste and texture were delicious. The muffin was super good, so moist and not greasy at all. The prices are reasonable and they have a good variety of sandwiches, salads, and pastries. Finalmente, comimos aquí! He querido venir y probar su comida aquí hace mucho tiempo.

This little mall eatery is great for a quick lunch or snack after shopping. I love their Cobblestone turkey sandwich so much, sometimes I'll just pop into Macy's just for that, like I did today. I know, it sounds silly to drive just for a sammie, but once you've had a bite of the thick and sugary cinnamon raisin bread that makes up this sandwich you'll do the same. Layers of turkey, melts Swiss and thick crispy bacon make up the rest of the sandwich. The cranberry and lemon aioli takes the scrumptiousness to next level.

Food was fine after I had to pick out the bacon that I did not order with my sandwich. I agree with other reviewers that the prices are reasonable. I will give this place another try. I did receive good customer service. Although it did take almost 20min to receive a turkey sandwich. Next time I go, I will give myself more time to eat and shop. The area was clean, and the menu seemed superb.

If you are with a big group, you have to wait a bit. We were a party of 12, the staff was very accommodating and managed to sit at 2 tables of 6 people side by side. The place is kinda small so not really ideal for larger groups. We still had a wonderful time. The food was all delicious from the appetizers to the entrees. I really enjoyed the gyozas, they were crunchy on the outside but so savory on the inside. The soup dumplings literally burst in your mouth. They were so yummy. The fried milk bun felt like I was eating a Thai donut, I expected something different but it was good. As an entree I enjoyed the Tonkatsu hot pot, presentation was 10/10. The broth tastes so good, I couldn't get enough, they use rice noodles for this dish specifically which I love. Everyone was great service wise, very kind and accommodating. The only thing I will say is that 2 dishes took longer than expected to arrive so some of the people in our party had to wait a bit longer to eat their food. Other than that, we enjoyed the food very much. The boba tea was also so good! They have a good variety of flavors to choose from, my cousins got a rainbow one and it looked so appealing to the eye. I had the green tea lemonade and added boba, it was very refreshing.

So, let's get into it: I don't know about you, but the one thing I do not enjoy doing is driving and circling around, being lost, just to find an establishment. So, I love that this restaurant is so easy to find with good signage, lots of nearby parking, both street and lots. Anywho, once I parked, the manager Judd was so friendly and kind and directed me to the table where my friend was seated. He overheard that I was kind of speaking loud over the music when I barely had a voice due to losing it from another event, so he kindly turned down the music for us. Once there, service was quick and attentive. I got a Fresh Paloma for my drink and the Seared Salmon for dinner. The drink was a good size and tasted good, no complaints there. As for the dinner, WOW. This was delicious, I would get this again. The flavors were there and the portions were just perfect (not too much and not too little, I usually never get enough or leave with leftovers). Also, not overpriced for Miami in my opinion. Aside from that, I did try some of my friend's off-menu pasta and it was really yummy. Furthermore, they have great weekly specials: (Note, subject to change. Please check Instagram or call for Current Week): Tuesday: Burgers and Bottles, $10 Burgers and Half off Select Bottles of Wine Wednesday: Double Loyalty Points and Fire, Flour & Fizz ($12 Pizzas, $12 Aperol Spritz, $7 Prosecco, 5pm-close) Thursday Ladies Night: Complimentary Bubbly for Ladies 4pm-7pm Sunday: 10am-4pm Bloody Mary Bar Go check it out, I don't think you'll regret it. There was a young man in the kitchen that was not only unexperienced, but all alone I watch as he struggled to make a couple burgers after finally cooking them. They sat there getting cold while I stood there patiently waiting for over a half an hour maybe 40 minutes. My burgers were getting cold while he was putting items on the grill for new people that just walked in. I'm not even home yet. My burgers are cold. The chips are soggy back in the day. That was one of the only taverns now there's plenty of competition better ambience, and better food. I would've continued to visit the keg if the food was decent and the service was decent. This will be the last time I ever go there.

We were sat immediately and they had a printed sign with our name on it on our table. That was a nice touch. The service was VERY slow! We waited at least 10 minutes before the waiter (Danny/Daniel) ever came over to offer us water. Another 20 minutes later and we still hadn't ordered our food. My friend's iced tea still hadn't arrived. I had to go to the hostess stand and tell them that we'd been there for half an hour and hadn't even ordered yet. We never even saw our waiter during that time. Eventually a manager came over and took our order. I ordered the Hamachi Crudo as my appetizer and the salmon as my entree, and the blueberry lemon cheesecake for my dessert. My friend ordered the same thing, except the cookie as her dessert. My other friend ordered the Cesar salad as her appetizer and the Beauty chicken sando as her entree. The Hamachi was absolutely delicious (but incredibly small). The Cesar salad was HUGE! It was almost 2:30 by the time we got our entrees (1.5 hours after arriving). Our salmons were barely warm, meaning that they had been ready for a while, but they had been left sitting in the kitchen. We had arrived pretty hungry, and since our appetizer was only 3-4 bites, and it'd already been an hour and a half, we weren't about to send our food back to be heated up. The salmon, although not hot, was good. I liked the sauce it came in. It was a little over cooked on the outside. But, overall and well made, tasty dish. My friend liked her chicken sandwich. It came with about 2-4 big "fries". Upon using the ladies room, I discovered that the hand dryer was not working. It was 3pm (2 hours later) when we received our desserts. We had to add more time to the parking meter. The waiter informed us that he couldn't offer us any coffee as the machine was being serviced. The restaurant looks nice. The chairs are comfortable. It's nicely decorated. The music was great- mostly 80's music. All in all, we were pretty disappointed in our experience. As a Michelin Guide restaurant, we expected more. Better/faster service, for sure! A working coffee machine. Hot food. I'm glad I came for Miami Spice. I probably won't be returning. If I do return I'll ask for a different waiter.
