The store is bright, seemed organized well with inventory and even a super discount rack in the rear. However, when browsing for over 10 minutes and seeing four staff (3 working on a display, 1 at the register) and none approach for help I was not too pleased. At one point a staffer turned and smiled...that is just weird! Come over and ask if we need help. My daughter was looking for specifics of style in a long sleeve. We left the store not purchasing anything. Probably will not come back.

I politely told her we were just looking, but she was very persistent on wanting to help us find the perfect outfit. My daughter is VERY shy and has severe social anxiety. Despite the fact that I had already said we didn't need help, the girl proceeded to ask my daughter questions, making her visibly uncomfortable. After seeing my daughters distress I decided to simply walk out. On my way ot the door I hear the girl call me a stuck up bitch. I will NEVER return to this store and I will make sure to tell everyone I know to stay clear!!

The store is classy and displays beautiful. The quality above average and the styling seems to hit just right for the teen and young 20 demographic. Staff goes overboard to assist on our visits and returns are easy within 30 days no questions. I recently retuned for her and so easy. My daughter often says the staff is better than other shops because they treat teens like adults. Through the eyes of my daughter who is a super regular it's a great place to shop for young women's clothing. Thank you to the wonderful staff since I often only hear second hand.
