The Deejay we got through their service did not understand our playlist and was constantly asking me questions on when to play the songs, when the instructions were written clearly on the paper I gave to them with a timeline for the songs to be played. The projector they provided did not support HDMI so the slideshow could not be played until a replacement was brought. What makes this even worst is when I contacted the main event planner about my concerns, I didn't even get a response! Book with extreme caution.
