I soo wanted to get the anticipation of what the laser would feel like out of my head. I have a fairly high pain tolerance, but I'm a newb when it comes to this. When I was about to start the actual first laser experience Jill kind of shocked me. She seemed to get really professional on me. I kept felling more comfortable around her. She gave me a little test to see what it felt like. It wasn't that bad really. You will do anything you must to get what you want lol. The process does not really take long at all. His work is absolutely amazing. After the initial consultation he sent me a sketch of what he came up with based on our discussion. With a few minor adjustments I knew that he was the artist that I was looking for. On the day of appointment Frodo was ready for me and did excellent work. In addition, I tried out a Carbon Laser Facial and was happy with the results. I noticed the lines on my neck disappeared. In addition, my complexion went from dull to bright and glowing and my pores appear to have tightened. I no longer wake up with lines all over my face that stay for an hour or more because I fell asleep with a crink in my pillowcase or on a patterned blanket. I'd walk around with the pattern of the blanket on my face for literally over an hour and it was so embarrassing. I have noticed that doesn't happen anymore. The same thing happened the second time. The third time, I was given an iPad to fill out a form. I have a disability that makes it very difficult for me to type on an iPad or phone, so I asked for help with the form. The manager complained (in a very confrontational manner) that I did not fill out the form myself. I have never been treated that badly before or since. That manager is the only service person who has ever complained about my need for disability accommodations. When I suggested that all forms be sent to clients before the first visit, so problems could be noted and solved before clients had to drive to the studio, he became quite defensive. He showed no empathy. I have never been treated so badly by any service provider. I find it ironic that a manager at a school that teaches people to perform a service career would be so callous. My advice is that you consider driving up north to Austin's other laser school, where service is impeccable.
