They are taking great care of me, and the pricing is reasonable considering all that is going on in the process to remove a tattoo. It's not for the faint of heart. If you have been debating, just say yes and go into the Eraser Clinic. I've been debating getting a tattoo removed for years and finally made the move. I honestly was super nervous at first. Thought it would hurt, be painful afterwards and aftercare was going to be annoying. Well, I was in for a huge surprise. I was in and out super quick. My tattoo is rather small, but will still need several treatments and I have multiple treatments ahead. My first treatment was very quick and not even close to the pain I thought I was going to have. It was a small pinch like feeling, but not painful during or after. They have new upgraded technology which improves this process. The cooling/numbing technology they use was also very helpful! The staff here were very knowledgeable (thanks Rachel Thompson!) and made me at ease with the entire process. She explained how the technology works and what to expect. When she finished my treatment I think I literally said "wow that was it"?!. Super simple, fast and not as painful as I thought. She also provided instructions and supplies for aftercare, so I was set. I felt like I was in hands of people who knew exactly what they were doing. I had an event afterwards and with some periodic ice packs, I was good to go and honestly had forgotten I had a treatment that day. No pain afterwards at all, just some minor tingling every now and then. This facility was also very clean and organized, which made me feel comfortable. After explaining everything to the scheduling rep to include that I had already had prior laser micro blading removal, I showed up to my appointment, was asked to remove my makeup, all for the tech to tell me she can't treat my brows after someone else already treated me. I naturally am upset because I told the scheduling rep AND the tech prior that I had a treatment before but they still allowed me to show up and remove my makeup to tell me no. I own Golden Goat Tattoo Company (also in Round Rock) and for the five years we have been open have been searching for a laser removal business that I could confidently refer our clients to when they are looking to lighten tattoos before covering them with something new. Several business have come through trying to see me on their removal services but none had the results, price and customer service I expect from such a business. I few months ago I began research on various locations for tattoo removal. I ended up going with Eraser Clinic in Round Rock because they were very knowledgeable, patient, friendly, have the latest laser technology, and are very professional. As soon as I walked in, I noticed the office smelled good. I was greated by Eryn and then later met with Madison for my interview. During my interview, Madison and I talked about various options and every question I had she answered promptly. Although I asked multiple questions and took much of her time, she was patient, respectful, and mindful of what my goal was. After coming up with a good plan I actually ended up staying and she treated 3 different tattoos! When done, Madison and Eryn even stayed after hours to help wrap me up. That was so nice of them! I felt bad but they did not mind at all. The next day, I returned for more hydrocortisone (since I need more than the usual client). I walked in and I was greeted by Rachel. Rachel was very nice as well. I was so impressed with my results that I showed her an area treated from the day before. She was very happy for me and she also gave me great advice for good ways to care for my treatments. Came in for my free consultation after purchasing a Groupon for $100 worth of services. The office was very clean and well appointed. The staff was knowledgeable and courteous. After a very thorough consultation I opted to start treatments. They use a portable cryogenic machine to numb the area prior to the procedure, which helps quite a bit. The process isn't too painful overall (but your mileage may vary). Treatments need to be spaced out over several weeks so keep that in mind. Also be diligent on your aftercare. If I had other tattoos I wanted removed, I'd use them in a heartbeat. As it is I will use them for the duration of this removal and recommend them to anyone who needs similar services. read more
