We got NEW ones else where but it is the fucking principle. How hard is it to follow proper etiquette as a business. They give you the option of texting photos of the damage. I did and got a long-written response from Charlie, but he wanted to follow up with a phone call. Based on my damage Charlie could not fix it, and he explained in detail why he couldn't. He then told me about two shops that could help but explained the fixing process of one of the shops which was local and what to expect. The shop that could do the complete job is in Sacramento. I will contact them. I learned stuff that I hadn't even thought about! I really appreciated the time Charlie took to explain my dilemma. You don't find many shop owners that go out of there way like Charlie, especially knowing that he could not fix it. He could have just told me, "I can't fix that, sorry" and left it at that. Great to see pride of ownership like that.
