On March 13th 2026, I took my fleet highlander in for a standard oil change…read more They finished in under 15 minutes to my surprise and I left and went home. Later that evening I drove to a friends and had someone flag me down to say I had stuff hanging/dragging under my car. I found the panel they take off to access the bolts hanging and destroyed. It later flew off in traffic. Monster tape wasn't enough to secure it. So I went back the follow day to speak with the manager Junior. He apologized and said he would order a new panel and reach out when it comes in. It's now been 3weeks with nothing from Junior. Additionally, I've stopped in twice now and tried to resolve this only to find Calvin, the manager on duty, couldn't find the time to talk to me for 60 seconds. I'll no longer use Jiffy Lube for my fleet or personal vehicles. I suggest you do the same.

Went in for oil change service and headlight change. Left with all lights and sensors still going…read moreoff. Lots of people in the garage area all doing things. Saw different guys working on my car. I wish they would have checked the coolant and let me know it needed a change or a flush. Now there is black stuff in my coolant idk when it got in there. Could be blown head gasket or spilt oil. Either way I need a flush and probably will go somewhere else less busy so I know my car is getting . Also not a good value almost $300 for oil change and headlight replacement. Kept trying to upsale me things they didn't know really if I even needed it. Some of those services will in fact mess up older cars.
