I love Madam Mai. Spacious parking and the interior is wonderfully decorated. The staff is very friendly and can answer any questions you may have. The special combo bahn mi was really good and the pate was amazing. I haven't tried the other items yet, however the bahn mi does not disappoint!

We found this cute new spot having a soft opening and decided to check it out. The inside looked very nice and new! We both ordered: - shrimp spring rolls: delicious and refreshing! Loved the sauce - special combo banh mi: very hearty sandwich! I loved the French bread and the pate - bu luoc lac: it came with potatoes and broth as well! The food was great and also saw people order colorful drinks there as well. The staff was quick, welcoming and friendly. The food was great. We will wanna come back and try the other items.

As a foodie I am, I always look for new places to try. And luckily I found this new Vietnamese restaurant near by! The atmosphere is clean and has nice decorations. This place can be a great date night place or good for family gatherings as well. The staffs were very friendly. I got the Bò né and it came out fast. It was good, and different because it has potatoes which is a good twist and the reason why I like it. The bread was crispy too. Overall the place is authentic and I would definitely come back! I also was given a free drink due to soft opening, and I enjoyed it.

Was looking for a quick place to have lunch. Happened to find this place. So glad I did! The space is so cute and clean. Eveything we ordered was delicious. The combination bánh mì was so balanced, and the bo ne dish was so flavorful and steak perfectly cooked. The service was just as amazing--the servers were the sweetest, so attentive, and made us feel so welcome. The owner was incredibly kind and genuinely cared about making sure everyone had a great experience. Can't wait to come back!

I LOVE THE TROPICAL SODA it's so good and it's the perfect amount of sweet and it comes with with really good fruit chunks inside!

New owners, same look, new menu! I believe this is their second location if I'm not mistaken. This used to be Paris Banh Mi and while I am going to miss them, the new restaurant is lovely. The food was delicious and the new management team is very sweet. The new atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly. I would highly suggest you check out this little gem if you're in the area!

This place is the real deal for authentic Vietnamese dishes I took my mom and my brother to eat here today and loved everything we ordered off of the menu, very affordable. You get what you pay for, you won't be disappointed the customer service 10/10 I love the atmosphere the vibe. It's very relaxing clean and they welcome you and make you feel like you're at home. I would highly recommend this place if you want Amazing Vietnamese food I love the stir fry. I can eat that all day every day. I ordered a pineapple mango tea and it was so good. My brother ordered a strawberry chai tea Amazing, my mom ordered a tea that was amazing and of course the pho is so delicious. I cannot say enough about this place and will definitely be back.

Egg rolls, artichoke tea & a soda drink.

We dropped by on a whim for my child to do some homework while waiting for my other child at gymnastics. I felt as if we were visiting our aunties as the ladies were extremely friendly and checked in to be sure we were happy with our food & drinks. We didn't get to try the main courses but the drinks plus egg rolls were great.

We had a great experience eating lunch at Madame Mai. Our food was delicious - every dish we tried was full of flavor. The service was outstanding - Mrs. Mai was super helpful and her staff were very attentive. The restaurant is clean and has great ambiance.

This place delivered where it mattered most, especially with the highly reviewed appetizers. Probably one of my favorite drinks here was the Thai Green Tea. It has a really interesting flavor that stands out from regular Thai Tea -- more earthy, but not quite like matcha (we guessed there might be pandan in it). Just a heads up: it's definitely on the sweeter side. My partner and I actually let the ice melt a bit before continuing to drink it, which helped balance things out. I came back a second time and still loved it just as much. The dipping sauce felt like a truly authentic representation of Vietnamese cuisine. It was a lightly diluted fish sauce with spicy red pepper and plenty of garlic -- simple but really flavorful. I also appreciated that the table setup let you customize it to your taste. In my first experience here, we ordered the Bánh Xèo, Bánh Khọt, and Bánh Bột Chiên. I was hands down a huge fan of the ginormous Bánh Xèo -- crispy, flavorful, and just overall my favorite (though I'll admit I'm a little biased toward it already). Meanwhile, my boyfriend completely fell in love with the crunchy Bánh Khọt. That said, I did notice a slight graininess in the Bánh Khọt, which took away a few points for me. The Bánh Bột Chiên was solid and got a pass from us, but it wasn't our top pick -- mostly because we've had better versions elsewhere. Other worthy notes: the herbs were fresh and crisp, and the pickled vegetables were refreshing as well (though my boyfriend thought they could've been a bit more strongly pickled). Eating everything the traditional way -- wrapping it in lettuce with herbs -- made the whole experience even better. Honestly, I would come back just to order two Bánh Xèo. I actually came back a second time before posting this review, this time with my family. We ordered the Bắp Xào, Cơm Chiên Bò Lúc Lắc, and a simple rice dish. This visit was a bit different -- across the board, we all agreed the dishes leaned too salty this time around. I could also tell the staff was overwhelmed, with only two people handling both the front and the kitchen, so it was tough to get their attention at times. That said, the Bánh Xèo still held its ground. My parents were genuinely impressed by the size, and for me, it's still an absolute banger -- something I'd come back for again and again purely for flavor and value. The Bắp Xào really stood out to me in a nostalgic way. I loved the use of traditional Vietnamese corn, and the sautéed dried shrimp brought back memories of flavors from dishes I grew up eating, even if I couldn't quite pinpoint which one. While my mom thought it was too salty, I actually felt like it would pair perfectly with a bowl of plain white rice. I also tried some of my brother's Cơm Chiên Bò Lúc Lắc and found the beef to be tender and flavorful, though not particularly standout compared to other places. I've had very similar versions nearby, but it's still my brother's go-to -- though I suspect that might also be his way of loading up on protein. Overall, even with the inconsistency during the second visit, I still really enjoy Yummy Quan -- especially for the appetizers. It's a place I'd bring family and friends to try, and I'm still curious about more of the menu... but realistically, I could live life on Bánh Xèo alone. At the end, you also get to grab some guava candy, and for anyone who's never had these, don't forget to pick some up -- they're simply delectable!

I love getting banh khot, banh xeo, and banh bot chien for appetizers. Just tried the egg rolls and it was good too. My go to main would be bun dau mam tom. Other mains such as com chien bo luc lac and bun thit Nuong was ok. I did not like the bun rieu, was too sweet... probably because different region so rieu balls were different than I was used too also. Staff is friendly, food does take a little bit to come out so I always order my appetizers first right when sit down.

I'll admit I was a little skeptical going in because I genuinely think my favorite pho spot in Texas is still in Austin where I live. That being said, Houston has such an incredible Vietnamese food scene that I've been making it my mission to try as many of the highly recommended spots as I can! When my pho first came out, I thought the broth was rich and flavorful, but it didn't immediately blow me away. Then the manager came over and started chatting with me, asking where I was visiting from and what some of my favorite pho spots were. He even asked what style of broth I usually like, and after I told him I tend to prefer a richer broth, he brought me a side of their fatty broth to add in. It made SUCH a difference!! It added so much depth and flavor, and I appreciated that he took the time to personalize my meal instead of just serving the food and walking away. What impressed me even more was how attentive everyone was. The manager noticed I'd asked for to-go containers even though I'd barely touched my food and came over to make sure everything was okay. I had to explain that I just wasn't as hungry as I thought I'd be haha. He was SO kind and even packed me an extra container of the fatty broth to take home, which was such a thoughtful gesture. We also ordered the grilled pork vermicelli, and WOW...it was honestly one of the best versions I've ever had! The pork was incredibly flavorful and perfectly cooked. Between the delicious food and the genuinely amazing hospitality, I can definitely see why Pho Dien is so well-loved. Next time I definitely want to come back and try their bone marrow pho!!
