I…read moreasked them to not go above a certain line because I'm trying to grow out my brows to make them look fuller. However, they ended up taking more than I wanted. Fortunately, my brows are microbladed so they already have a shape and can't technically be ruined. Pros: the ladies are nice and cleaned the areas I wanted really well. They also work quickly. I want to first and foremost say I did call the salon numerous times trying to get in touch with Michelle, and also messaged them on Instagram as they actively post on their regularly but have gotten nothing in return. I also want to start this post by prefacing that I have been a long Brazilian wax girly. Years. I've been loyal to EWC for years as I loved my waxer but hated their "wax pass" speech every time I walked past the place. I just moved to the area and GWB was recommended to me. #1: They use soft wax for Brazilians. Absolutely not. Anyone in industry knows that hard wax is much better for Brazilians. Again, I have been having this service done since I was maybe 21 years old, I am now 32, I wanted to come off the table to slap her it hurt so badly. #2: If youre planning on relaxing at all during your service, rest assured, you won't. You have to help the waxer with your own service to pull your skin taut leaving your hands covered in wax.. or maybe you'll get lucky like me and your waxer will cover your finger in wax. #3: She broke so much of my hair, missed multiple spots, including my butthole, and burned me. I left the appointment slightly sore, which is very normal. It wasn't until later that night when I showered I realized I was swollen. I had strips on my vagina that were red, raised, blistered and swollen. I used some calming cream I've used for years thinking I'll go away in the morning and it didn't. I went on my trip with hair (which then caused me to shave over the wax job.. so you can guess how bad my ingrowns were) I'm not sure if this is how they're trained, what they're being taught.. I'm not sure but I won't be back, unfortunately. I'd much rather give my money to a small local business rather than a huge corp like EWC but I guess I'll continue to search.

Until the recent months when I was beginning to develop a SEVERE allergic reaction to their glue. I was going to the "manager" Nathania. She was constantly defensive and not willing to help or when she did she seemed super undereducated and not well trained to handle such situations. She instead of looking into glue she was using she would ask me if I had changed my diet........ I have never in my life heard of that. I stayed consistent and always took pictures (I'll attach all of them) for Nathania to see what I was experiencing at home after fills. She never seemed too bothered so me being again a client for 3 years I trusted them. My lashes got worse and worse to the point where my eyelids were so swollen and puffy, I couldn't stand it anymore. I finally got other opinions and it was then when I decided to finally cancel my membership. I had just paid my monthly fee when I decided to cancel it and I went in for a fill with Nathania, she was so rude and dismissive she treated me so rudely and poorly, she refused to hand me the iPad in which we rate our service and again was just plain our rude. (Also to clarify!- I was cancelling my membership after a convo she had with me of maybe taking a break and see if that helps then coming back, so obviously I didn't want to get charged while I was taking a "lash break", I figured I'd go since I decided to take a break after I had already paid the month but after this rude experience I had with her after taking her advice I knew I was not coming back, and also me still giving eyelash club the benefit of the doubt but now knowing it was their negligence and products giving me allergic reaction and PERMANENT damage and BALDING OF MY LASHES) I could not believe I had spent thousands of dollars on a company that wouldn't reimburse me for one month of service knowing all of the issues I have had with them and still trying to stay with them and work on getting my lashes better. I run a retail and salon store myself and I know this is no way to treat guests, I do the right thing and hold myself and my employees accountable. I would make things right with my client if it was my obvious negligence. I know the eyelashclub menbership is cheap and tempting but if you care about your lashes and you want to support a business that truly care about their clients THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. Let my bad experience save you from having a bad one also. Plus the girls are always constantly complaining about Jason the owner, they air out all of their issues and it's such a toxic environment. They talk about how he overworks them and is super cheap, how he doesn't like to spend money on supplies and their hiring is a mess as well. They would constantly complaint about how he was too cheap and inconsiderate about investing in receptionists. So your "1 hour fill" for $100 turns into a 40 min fill because they keep walking away to answer the phone even with receptionists that again the girls would complain Jason didn't train right and would have to run and help them. As a client I should never hear the issues of a business and I do believe I deserved atleast the last month reimbursed since I didn't go for the full month and I had given it more than enough time to fix and help heal my lashes. I have waited a long time to leave this review and from business manager to business owners, teach your girls how to handle escalated situations like this, accountability is everything in a solid business as well as word of mouth advertising, I referred to many girls to eyelash club and was super loyal. Also make sure you hire people that won't bash and bad mouth you in your own business. If you're looking for a solid eyelash place, THIS IS NOT IT. Who knows if my issue was every escalated but I hope by reading this you save yourself and spend a little extra on a good lash service. As well as support a business with integrity. Shame on you eyelash club, shame on you Nathania, and shame on you Jason.

Best microblading place!…read more This is a great place to get your eyebrows done! Last time when i have my microblading, Brittany was the one did it for me. She was the best, very friendly, welcoming and talented. She was sure of her skills and made sure you are comfortable and happy with your eyebrows's shape and color. She did phenomenal work when she fill in the gap and shape for my eyebrows. After the session, she also gave me very clear and easy aftercare instructions and made a follow up appointment for touch up. So I'm in love with my eyebrows and now i don't need to spend too much time for my make up every day. Moreover her place is very clean and hygiene so i highly recommend if you want to get a microblading.
