I…read morepurchased my 1st Skid Steer I am busy so did the transaction over the phone and I took the word of the sales manager Champ that when he said the tracks had 75% life left in them. I actually called the sales rep back a few days later voicing concern and he said that Champ confirmed. I went along with it, less than 2 weeks later just working on dirt one track came apart. I have had this machine less than a month. I was less than a mile away from the Kubota Dealer in Durant on a Job site. I call Champ on a Saturday explaining the situation, yes he offered to buy back the machine and charge me rental but the loan I already have on it is not a simple interest so I would owe an additional $4K+ to the bank to pay it off so unless he wanted to pay the full value of the loan then that deal will not work. Then he offered to let pay for the tracks at their cost which I am not really happy with but agreed too however he was suppose to call me Monday (which didn't happen) to set up transport since the track was completely off. Again I am in the middle of a job so time is a issue to get it done, I finally had to call the dealer a mile down from where the skid was located on Monday afternoon they came and got it right then and I have to pay the full price for new tracks and they just got back on the job less than 24 hrs. I have still yet to get a call or offer from Six and Mango or Champ. I have been in contact with the sales guy and he is new to the business so I don't put blame toward him. Also the Durant dealer also had to REPLACED DRIVER SIDE IDLER ASSEMBLY PICK UP AND DELIVERY so an additional $500 on top of the tracks making it $4,200+. I also told him what Champ told me about 75% life left in tracks and the service guy in Durant said they were completely worn out. Also when I took delivery of the skid my operator said it seemed very sluggish and that he took out the filters and they were completely clogged, at this point we just had the skid for a week. It took him 30 mins just to blow them out with his compressor. I call Jimmy (sales guy) and I told him you told me went through service, well come to find out it didn't go through Service the guy who traded or sold it back to Dealership Champ knew and he told Champ that he serviced it himself. So obviously they didn't do Oil Change or service it before it was sold to me. They did after I spoke with Jimmy and Service Manager send someone out to service on site but still I would assume when buying a expensive machine that it would be serviced. Anyway this company has 0 customer service and Champ just is a typical salesman that will not stand behind is word. I own multiple businesses and if a customer is not happy I will make it right with them even if I have to lose money on the deal.

They will over charge and under deliver. They are a bait and switch bunch. I requested a quote and a very nice gentleman named Camilo scheduled an appointment and came to my house. He is evidently their front man. He prepared a bid and after negotiation, we agreed to proceed. He did excellent work but was "not able to complete the transition" from the range hood to the 8 inch roof vent. He said that "another team" would complete the transition between the range hood to the roof vent. A few days later, the office called me to say they needed another $150 for the transition "to complete the work". I was led to believe that this extra charge was required because the transition would be fabricated by another company, namely Ventahood. I was pressed by Tricia in the office to agreed to the "extra charge" to complete the job. Our firm understanding was that the original bid had already included this transition. We were puzzled and uncomfortable now with them. The project then headed downhill quickly. A different crew arrived a few days later unannounced , with no prior appointment, phone call or text, and said "they would finish the job". Instead of delivering for installation the promised Ventahood transition, they had fabricated their own jake leg transition . It was not a professional job. We watched as the crew leader did no work, leaving it to someone else who was unqualified. He instead was on the phone, IN OUR KITCHEN, with his office discussing other projects with customer issues. He was obviously trying to get help as to how to cover their tracks. Several days later, due to the poor design of the transition piece and a sloppy installation, the vent transition was leaking badly. We called the credit card company and suspended payment. I called and requested a followup. The next appointment was two weeks later. When this THIRD team arrived, yet AGAIN unannounced , they applied a few strips of tape to cover the leak. REALLY??? The aforementioned crew chief rang the doorbell but did not even have the guts to come in my house. It seemed he was too busy outside yet again handling more customer complaints. My wife is extremely upset as the vent does not draw any better and we have shelled out over $500. I called Nick the owner, and discussed in detail the problems. He requested photos. I sent him photos immediately and suggested two resolutions. Refund my $150 upcharge for a non existent Ventahood or deliver a professional vent transition. He called me back and left a voice message that he would NOT remedy the situation. Instead he stated that he wanted to show up at our house and remove his jake leg vent transition. Again, REALLY??? We promptly called the credit card company and again, disputed the $150 upcharge. Citibank immediately credited our account for the $150, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. These guys must have a really bad track record to get that kind of immediate response from Citibank. Proceed at your own risk. You will be not dealt with in a professional manner. They will over charge and under deliver. Bait and switch.

There was no fee for this service as it was still under the 90 day warranty. So, the point is that you take your chances buying a used appliance, but David will stand behind whatever he sells. And that is worth taking to the bank, along with the hundreds you just saved getting an appliance from him.

I honestly thought I wouldn't get a reply until Monday. The only questions not answered when asked is if they offered delivery and if they do what was that cost. The second question I asked was if they offer haul away ? if so the cost of that. A young lady assisted me in the store. I didn't ask for her name until I had paid for my appliances. One of my receipts was signed by her but her signature for me was illegible. When she said her name it was pretty. I repeated it but failed to ask for the spelling (rats). I am going to say its Eliana she was helpful and knowledgeable to answer any questions I had . I received a business card for the store if I had questions after leaving the store. She asked when I would like to like to have delivery. I responded for tomorrow between 11am-1pm if the Lord spares. They offer same day delivery but I opted for next day . I recommend this small family owned business for your appliance needs. The store was three blocks from the first home I purchased in 2012. Tuesday is here and I am getting excited about the delivery which should take place between 11am-1pm. Jose the delivery driver called my mobile at 11:50am . I answered he advised he should be arriving in approximately 30 minutes. Jose arrived safely 13 minutes passed his estimated time. I was informed by Eliza the day before when I was in the store that the delivery driver speaks broken English when I asked. While Jose was getting my non working Frigidaire stove ready to be removed out of my kitchen another man entered my home. Jose said the man's name which I do not remember. He had a wide smile. I asked him if he spoke English he replied espanol. Jose & I had difficulty eventually. Thank goodness he had a translator app on his phone. The question he asked me was if my old range was to be placed in my garage or taken away. I replied take it away which they did. They brought in the new stove that was wrapped in plastic. It was placed in the same spot that my Frigidaire was removed from . They gathered the plastic wrap and took with them . Jose said good bye as he and his partner were returning to their work truck . I stopped them in their tracks . I asked what about the over the range microwave. Jose said they were not obligated to install the microwave. I told him to call Eliza at the store then I spoke with her. These two men were only responsible for delivering the range with installation. Eliza now had the task of finding someone to come to my home to install the over the range microwave. She called me back and the delivery arrangements were made . That is scheduled if nothing happens to take place on Saturday between 12pm-1pm and that is the end of my story. P.S. I wasn't aware until the stove was delivered its an induction stove . I have to purchase cookware exclusively used on an induction stove
