Some of the noteworthy stores are Disney, Gap, Tommy Hilfiger, Polo RL, Fossil, MK, Coach, CK, Kate Spade, Tory Burch, Pandora, Swarovski, Tumi, American Eagle and Banana Republic. Sporting/athletic brands include Nike, Adidas, UA, Lululemon, Columbia, North Face, and Oakley. There are multiple children's brand as well like Carter's, Children's place, Janie and Jack and OshKosh. The outlet space is mostly clean and well maintained. The common pathways are wide, with lots of benches and chairs available to sit and rest. Most of the pathway is covered by shaded roof. There were several vending machines for drinks and small snacks. A lot of the stores offered good discounts and sales. Prices were good for clothes and accessories products. But the size of the stores were smaller and fewer product varieties. All the stores we went in, had friendly staff members. Lots of cute trinkets, ornaments, home décor and gift items for that special someone in your life that starts putting up Christmas decorations in September (or never takes them down all year long)! My wife picked out a cute pair of earrings, and a little silver bell shaped like a gnome, for good luck. It seemed to work pretty well in our favor, holding off the worst of the bad weather for the rest of our stay in Mount Angel! For a seasonal curmudgeon (such as myself), that insists that all holidays be celebrated in their due time (and not a single day early!), even I had to admit that I got the warm fuzzies while browsing the shelves and displays here, despite it being several months until the acceptable start date of the Christmas season (the day after Thanksgiving, FYI). Only the Grinchiest of Grinches won't find something worth smiling over here.

If I didn't know better, I might have thought I'd just walked into a Yelp Elite Event. I was offered a free sample, which of course, I never turn down. Out of all the options that were presented to me, I opted for the dark chocolate buttercream. I asked if they had any seasonal flavors, and was steered towards a dark chocolate black forest cake cherry truffle, and a dark mint peppermint buttercream. Both dark chocolate! It was my lucky day. I'm DEFINITELY a dark chocolate person. They also still had egg nog and white chocolate peppermint truffles left over from Christmas. I left with a small bag of chocolate for about $6. See's is definitely one of my favorite chocolatiers of all time. While they're now synonymous with going to the mall, they started out as a small chocolate shop in LA. They use chocolate from Guittard, which is one of the two main historic chocolatiers from San Francisco (the other being Ghirardelli). All of their nuts come from Winters, California, which is one of my favorite farm towns to drive through on my way to visit my country friends. The chocolate that I purchased was fresh. I've already enjoyed a few pieces. Would definitely stop by this location again.

They are seasonal, around Easter and Mother's Day, so buy them when you can! I wanted to buy a box but knew they would melt in my car while I was at the Tulip Festival. I had every intention to stop back on my way home, but I ran out of time. Will be heading that way again, several times, to visit the various flower gardens and will make a point of stopping here on my way home to buy my favorite chocolates. They have awards to prove they are one of the best in the world. Combined with the incredible wines, beautiful grounds, and warm hospitality, it made for an unforgettable afternoon. Learning the family's story while tasting the products they have poured generations of work into gave us a much deeper appreciation for everything they create. I also wish they sold it online through their website which sadly they do not I checked, ha ha It is a small smaller winery compared to the other ones we went to in the area, but very cozy and intimate love the outside view as well as the outside heating area as well and the little Nursery that they have on site I wish I have a winery like this back in my hometown. It was just absolutely breathtaking and offered so much.
