I worked with Margret, the owner of the company on both consultations. I'm a return customer. 1st time was to pick out interior colors and was satisfied with receiving them with in a couple days. I was told it was nice to work with me and looked forward to helping further on my remodel. I had a second consultation to pick home exterior paint colors as our home was being resided a month. During the, "consultation" this timeline was explained to her and she said no problem. After waiting over a month with no response I contacted the company and the owner, Margret, sent me this email... "Got your message from the office and sorry - this has been unfinished in my drafts and I just have been too busy with consultations and remodeling to wrap up. No charge for the visit and sorry - I just am better to focus on the work I have lined up and here." I replied to her I had the contractors her putting up siding and really needed the color choices. She replied "sorry, I'm going on vacation and cannot help you." In an email response. I'm honestly just floored. Agains, if you have money invested in projects and are looking for professionals... this IS NOT the company to go with. Need I say, once bitten by the 'home reduction' sales, it never leaves. At least not for me & my family. As so, I think we're qualified to make a reasonably good judgement about how this sale was handled. Everything from cleanliness, plenty of helpers, to very well marked prices, was evident from the moment we stepped in to the premises. Prices were fair & then marked down as expected on the last day. We purchased our 'must have' items on the first day & then, the next day, bought what we liked that was still there, if still there, we were supposed to have it. lol Thats some logic for you, but you know what I mean. The first day we took home a full car load & then had to return with the pickup truck for the rest. The second day, we stuffed the car to the point that I don't think we could have fit in another pair of socks! It was a truly wonderful, fun, time for us all & we're having such fun going through our 'loot'. My wife picked out a cute pair of earrings, and a little silver bell shaped like a gnome, for good luck. It seemed to work pretty well in our favor, holding off the worst of the bad weather for the rest of our stay in Mount Angel!
