After the install on 6/29/2026 I asked the installers if I was to pay them the balance for the job. they told me I would be getting an invoice to pay. I heard nothing from CG&M until 8/17/2026 when they emailed me a past due notice for the balance. I was furious. I placed the check in the mail immediately and called to express my anger. When I asked how they claimed to have sent the first invoice, I was just told they were sorry I was upset and gave no explanation. I told them I was having issues with the new door because it leaked around the door handle and the door handle hits or closet door when opened. The person on the phone asked why it took so long for me to bring this to their attention. I was told a service manager would be in touch with me soon to schedule a visit to correct all the problems. Four days later and no contact has been made. My claims are supported by pictures and CG&M has no offer to remedy. These are the facts. You decide.

He didn't try to upsell us to more expensive products, instead he suggested options that were a good fit for the style of our house, our personal style, and our budget. Communication about when the products would arrive was great.
