Budget Blinds was prompt and responded well to an initial inquiry about services. I started with a…read morephone call and text was the initial response. An appointment was set within a week of first contact. The samples were many and a lot of choice was offered. I had a Roman shade, faux wooden blind, and two shutters ordered. The initial contact with all of the samples is very enjoyable. Orders can take a while which is expected because the quality is so high. Communication was a bit unclear but only upon one occasion from the office staff. The actual first contact in the home and the installation are very well done. I would order window coverings again from Budget Blinds. I am very satisfied with the excellent installation and the final product.
