Me and my girlfriend are both travel nurses and have been here for almost 10months now and we love it. They have a wash house where you can do your clothes and a dog park. They also have a nice little antique store that the park is behind that is nice. We work nights and Roy is nice enough to wait until we are off before mowing around the camper so he doesn't wake us. He's always keeping an eye out for anything odd and he also screens everyone who comes to stay in the park so chances of getting bad neighbors is unlikely. They have pretty much spoiled us on our stay here! Totally recommend!

There's no bathhouse, but with full hookups it wasn't a problem. The grounds crew is out every day and the park is very clean. Easy access off I-20 with restaurants and shopping close by. Would definitely stay again.

There is no maintenance there and calling her is futile unless it's rent time. She states on her website that there is free wiFi. There is none. The "laundry facilities" is a shack with garbage all over the floor, some recliner in the center of the shack and some coin operated washers and dryers that don't look like they have worked in years. The entire place is essentially a field. I was there for a month and the grass only got cut once. There is no upkeep at all. The entire property is one giant ant hill. I had ants everywhere throughout my trailer. Just countless ant mounds no matter where you walk on the property. Now let's talk about the thief who owns the place. Her website states that it's $600 a month for a 30amp hookup. My trailer is 30amp. I called here when I arrived and gave her my credit card info. BIG MISTAKE! A week later, she charged me $700 for the spot. She would not reply to messages about refunding my $100. She is nothing More than a thief ripping off hardworking contractors. I had to stop my credit card for fear that she would charge even more. DO NOT give that woman your credit card number!There are much nicer places, that are very well-kept, even closer to the plant for $400 a month. She is simply a conman. I don't know how people like that sleep at night.

This is a neat, clean and well-managed small campground just off US 301. It's 8.5 miles from I-16…read more The office to check in is in the motel next door and it could be quite a walk if done in the dark or in bad weather. Internal roads are paved and sites are grass. Transient sites are all long pull-thrus, very level, and separated by low hedges. Hookups are in the middle. Water pressure was a little weak. Wifi required a code given during check-in and was ok enough to check email but still slow. No off-leash dog park but there's plenty of areas to walk the dogs in the perimeter of the park. Grass, trees, bushes all looked neatly trimmed. The park has some long term residents parked mostly in the back rows but they keep their sites neat with very little "stuff" outside or spread out so it didn't feel like you're in a trailer park. The front row of the park is for RV storage and those looked very neat as well. The road noise from US301 diminished after 9:30pm so we had a good night's sleep. We were just there for an overnight but would gladly stop there again.
