I took the car in for a detail and it came back even cleaner than when I picked it up new at the dealership. The car (exterior and interior) was immaculate! Everything, every single inch of my car, (including the engine) looked brand new! Fo fun, I searched high and low to see if I could find at least one dog hair left behind. I'm glad I went here for tint on my wife's new Tesla Model Y. The tint looks perfect but I have to say that Cliff (the owner) goes above and beyond in every way. His customer service skills are second to none. When talking with him, he acts as if you are his only customer (and I know he's slammed with work). He's just that good at giving personalized attention and it really shows that he cares about his customers. If you need tint, go here - plain and simple. I had a terrible interaction with Cliff today. He is very difficult to communicate with. He will yell at you. I spoke with the service director at Centennial Toyota where he works out of - the director said that he isn't supposed to deal with customers as he does not know how to handle communicating with a customer. The work he did was so bad. I had driven out of the parking lot and I noticed that the windshield was done so poorly- the tint was just peeling off - I went back - he yelled at me more - he tried to fix the windshield - but it was not fixed properly. He used very damaged & scuffed tint - and it's right in the line of sight of driving. Do not use this company. The service director refunded my money. Now I have to go find someone to fix the terrible damage work Cliff did. read more

Made In The Shade works out of Centennial Toyota at Centennial Center. They are a full service window tinting and auto detailing company. Cliff Martin runs the show and is right on top of the job. Communication with Cliff was great. I needed to call him twice to talk about what tint I wanted on my Ford Fusion and then still changed my mind 5 minutes after I dropped my car off. He was very understanding and told me that my satisfaction was the only thing on his mind. My vehicle was completed in one hour (usually takes about 3 hours), and everything looks wonderful! The windows, sides, back and front (the front window didn't even get tinted) were washed and clean, no streaks like other places. No bubbles, no flaws, great job and very professional all the way around. I found these guys because my wife purchased a RAV4 from Centennial Toyota and they offered free window tinting. The job looked so good, I decided to bring my new Ford in for tinting. Cliff gave me a very fair deal on tinting that would have been $300 at other shops. I would recommend Made In The Shade with Cliff Martin to my Mom. You gotta be good for me to have my own Mom go see you! Best of all, Cliff offers a lifetime warranty on all of his work and my next thing I want to try is his expert auto detailing. I wish that I could give Cliff and his crew higher than 5 stars but that's all that's available. He offered better quality products at reasonable prices, has more experience than most and since he's in Centennial Toyota he's very familiar with the Lexus models which my car is. Not only that but we'd had a most unfortunate situation of forgetting leftovers over a hot & humid 4th of July weekend in my vehicle and even though they didn't spill my car stunk. He took pity on me since we were having the car tinted to drive to a funeral and did an ionizing treatment and washed/scrubbed the floor mat. No more stink! THANK YOU CLIFF!!! Besides that the exceptional work on the tint is bar none truly exceptional and higher than 5 Star IMO. Next vehicle we get we're bringing it here and when my son finally gets around to tinting his Jeep he's coming to Cliff. I'll need to add a pic later of how beautiful of a job he did. Cliff, the owner of Made In The Shade, is a hardworking businessman who has been great to me in the past. Unfortunately, he is also emotionally unstable and has some serious anger management issues. This morning (April 6, 2019), I drove 30 min to have my car windows tinted by him and when I called him to find out where he wanted me to park my car, Cliff immediately began insulting me, complaining that I hadn't confirmed our appointment via text. When I forwarded him a screen shot showing my texts which read "Okay. See you then," Cliff doubled down and continued insulting me via text. I have no idea what Cliff's work situation is, or if he was just having a really, really bad day, but he clearly needs to work on being more professional. He also needs to fix his anger management problem. This was the most negative consumer experience I've had in a very long time. If Made In The Shade were GIVING AWAY auto tint, along with free puppies and ice cream, I still wouldn't use them. Avoid at all costs! read more

Would not recommend. When I arrived the owner cliff, told me that he had forgot my appointment. I had to leave and come back. After my tint was done, there where bubbles in it and had to take it back AGAIN! I still see small bubbles that will not disappear and will become a bigger issue when time wares on. After all the mishaps Cliff the owner, was apologetic but it was all excuses. "This never happens" blah blah. If I knew now what I knew then I would have gone elsewhere.
