They also had my mailing address incorrect. I spoke with Max the day before my appointment to correct it, yet there were still multiple errors. Overall, the business seems very unorganized. The receptionist told me Max was in the office, so I was surprised when Max later claimed my appointment was with a different representative. This inconsistency felt very unprofessional and questionable. I took time out of my day for this appointment, and it is extremely rude and unprofessional that they never showed up. Then I was informed that the gas lines on the installation truck had been cut. After that, there were issues with missing hardware. While I understand that unexpected situations can happen, the repeated delays and lack of a reliable solution have been frustrating and unprofessional. Months have passed, and I am still without the doors I paid a deposit for. Communication has been inconsistent, and every scheduled installation seems to come with another reason why the job cannot be completed. I chose this company expecting professionalism, reliability, and accountability. Unfortunately, my experience has been the exact opposite. I cannot recommend this company based on the excessive delays, poor follow-through, and ongoing lack of resolution.

Pre track install I installed and shimmed level hard wood boards so that when the installer came back out to install the new metal tracks there would be no issue with leveling or a need for them to shim as they use shims between the metal track and mdf board which does not leave the best looking end result. I appreciate CIP's attempt to make it right however my overall experience is still a 3 star (Ok) and not a five star (Great) experience.

We had all of the windows in our home replaced by Legendary Cal-Rep Windows in 2020, and…read moreunfortunately, our experience has been incredibly frustrating ever since. Shortly after installation, we discovered that the large staircase window leaked whenever it rained. Over the past five years, their "fix" was repeatedly applying messy exterior silicone that looked terrible and never solved the issue. At one point, they even suggested the leak might be caused by something within our home rather than the window itself. Eventually, they replaced the window and discovered the original installation they had ordered the wrong size window and had tried to just fill the gaps in and make it work. The second replacement was faulty, requiring yet another order and installation. Now, in 2026, the newest window was installed but still does not function. A Milgard representative inspected it and confirmed the issue is due to improper installation. Despite all of this, we still have no resolution, and there has been little to no proactive effort from the company to make things right. We are extremely disappointed with the product, installation, and overall service. Messages are ignored or we are told they are "checking on the status" but we never hear back. I will update this review if we EVER receive a proper resolution! I am in the customer service business myself, so to have a company treat you this way is so very disappointing.

Here is why you should stay away: Absurd Pricing: I was charged a staggering $15,000 for installation alone. They sent only two workers for two days. That is a lot of profit. Damaged Goods: They installed scratched, low-quality glass. Ghosting Customers: When I tried to reach out for a resolution, I found out that many other customers are reporting they "changed ownership" as an excuse to avoid taking responsibility for their previous mistakes. They take your money ($15k for labor!) and leave you with damaged products, then vanish. This is not a "Legendary" company; it's a predatory business. Save your money and your sanity--Stay away from Legendary Windows!  It wouldn't allow me to give 0 star
